Local TV stations in several States have already ran Stories/warnings. In Atlanta there have been several Different storys/warnings on Skyride. Far as a National Story on Dateline or other.. It just doesn’t effect enough people.

Since I am Not allowed to call a Troll a Troll on this site, I will just answer the question. This is about Fraud, Theft and Deception. Their over 900 websites for Dropzones that do not exist. Those Websites are full of lies. Call them up and listen to the additional lies they tell. Because some people don’t like Theft. Most businesses are actually Honest so there is no need to STEAL anything. Their Game is FRAUD, Lies and Deception. Honest Businesses don’t play that game.

The Dublin Boogie was a Great kick off to start the year. First Big Boogie of the Year for many people. I think keeping the same time frame is great if it is possible.

I was up at 9:00am (Yes, I had been to sleep), It was a warm Beautiful day (Possibly the last of the year that would that nice). I went around and kicked few pople out of bed and manifested. Did loads 1,2 and 4 and then went took a Nap! That early morning Jumping crap is tiring. Got up in time to watch my Kid brother make his AFF Graduation Jump.

Just to let everyone know what is going on with this list.. I do have the complete list of all Dropzones that accept Skyride. This list was sent to me by a Skyride employee, I was very suspicious at first but the list appears to 100% accurate. Why haven’t I posted it yet?? Well that gets a little more complicated. First off I could not understand why they would sent it me to begin with as they have been VERY protective of that list in the past, So I did a little digging. As I hope everyone is aware, Skyride has filed a lawsuit against the USPA. That case is active and anyone with a PACER account can see the docket for that case. On November 5th the USPA and Skyride were ordered to meet with a Mediator to try to resolve this case. The USPA officials I have talked with have told me that this matter is being handled completely by the Executive Committee and that Regional and National Directors could not comment on it at all. I do know that one member of the executive committee is a DZO that is firmly in bed with Skyride. The very next day, on November 6th, Skyride sent me the list. The results of that Mediation are due to be turned into the Judge in that case on November 15th. At that time it should be made Public as it is posted on Pacer. I have heard rumors from people that are not USPA Officials that the USPA may have settled with Skyride. Hopefully we will be able to find out the truth on November 15th. I am holding off posting the Updated list until after the 15th and we are able to find out what really happened on November 5th.

What is going on with the DZ Gang?? Why are people having Quit after they have asked to be Kicked? If they want out, Let them out. Atleast 4 people that I Know of now have to wait 5 days to Join EFS because DZ would not kick them so thay had to quit. What up with that?? No, It was just starting. 16 years later and we are still friends. Any woman that would not want to date me just because I have a daughter can Kiss my ass. I would not want to be with someone that narrow-minded to begin with.

Look at it this way.. Right now they are protecting YOU. keeping you away from some guys that you wouldnt want to be with anyway. Oh.. And I am ALWAYS Right.

Just a Couple of question.. 1) Do you agree that your Websites are intentionally misleading and contain false statements? 2)Why do you sell your certificates in areas where you do not have an affiliate that will take thake them? 3) Read this Law: How much of that does skyride violate on a daily basis? Looks to me like: (1) Passes off goods or services as those of another; Well the web sites sure make it look like you are someone else. (2) Causes likelihood of confusion or of misunderstanding as to the source, sponsorship, approval, or certification of goods or services; Isnt that why you answer the phones.. Skydive Center?? ARe you actually a Skydive Center or a reservation service? (3) Causes likelihood of confusion or of misunderstanding as to affiliation, connection, or association with or certification by another; Again.. What do you think?? (4) Uses deceptive representations or designations of geographic origin in connection with goods or services; You got that one nailed. (5) Represents that goods or services have sponsorship, approval, characteristics, ingredients, uses, benefits, or quantities that they do not have or that a person has a sponsorship, approval, status, affiliation, or connection that he does not have; Look like you are battin 1000. (8) Disparages the goods, services, or business of another by false or misleading representation of fact; Howmany times do your sales people make up lies about other DZ`s?? I know many poeple that would testify that Skyride did exactly that when they asked about another DZ. What else would you call over 900 websites for Dropzones that dont actually exist.

Actually Seat AND Lid down make the most sense to me, But I have always been one to raise the seat if I need it raised and/or lower the seat if I need it lowered. Now I realize women always need it lowered but it really is not that difficult to raise or lower. I really dont understand all tyhe fuss over this. My Great words of wisdom to the fairer sex for this day… “Look at it before you sit on it… ALWAYS!!” And if you do sit on it with out looking and get more or less than you expected... Who’s fault is that??

The Toliet Seat Battle He kept forgetting to put the seat back down and Mom kept fallin in. Great Idea.. However I still have very little sympathy for ladies that get their Tushys wet when someone left the seat up. How ANYONE can Drop their pants, Lift their Skirts or whatever.. and then SIT on something without looking at it first and then want to blame someone else for their mistake is beyond me. I sit my bare ass on a Toilet usually once a day and I can honestly say I have NEVER sat on a Toilet without first looking at where I am about to put my bare ass. Why is Women cant do that? My solution to this problen is to leave the plunger in the toilet. After a couple times, everyone learns to look before they sit.
