That is the Beauty of a Free Market Economy. No one has to accept any particular job. If some doesnt feel they are being given a Fair salary, Dont take the job. This "Poor Me" syndrome that permeates this country is so sad. Each individual has the opportunity to accept or NOT accept a job based on what is being offered. If they don’t like what is being offered, DONT take the job or negotiate an offer that is acceptable. If they do accept the offer, Don’t whine about it later if everything was crystal clear up front. We have choices in this country. Use them. Don’t like they way you are being treated by your employer?? Find another Job. Cant find another Job? MOVE or reconsider what is “Fair”. More laws are not the answer to this problem, Teaching women to stand up and NOT accept lower pay for the same job is the solution.

Depends on the resort. For example, Hedonism is a resort that Casual has a slightly different meaning than say a Disney resort.

Carly was GREAT on Tuesday night. Perhaps her best performance ever and absolutely one of the best of the night and she gets voted off?? A Crime. Brooke and Jason should have been bottom two. I don’t see how anyone can watch the performances and not agree. Carly was finally starting to be herself, Relaxing and having fun. She also Looked GREAT last night. I am most likely not going to watch the show anymore. There is no one left that interests me at all. David C is pretty good but not someone that I am going to go out of my way to see. The rest of the ones left just flat out annoy me.

0-1-1 Great time at the Farm Anniversary this weekend. After 3 years of Boogie Hoping with Turtle, We finally actually made a Jump together for the BEER time. Nice FAST 3 way Horney Gorilla that held together for 7000 Feet. Great weekend with good friends.

If all you plan on is one Tattoo, I would agree with you. But as most will tell you. Tattoos are addictive. I got my first Tattoo over 20 years ago. A few years later, I got a Girlfriends Face Tattooed on my Arm. Never regretted it for a minute even though I havent seen her years. Got several others over the years. Never regretted a single one even though a couple were very spur of the moment. I now have 3 Ring Releases Tattooed on my chest and I am working on a design for my next Tattoo that will be a tribute to friends I lost in this sport. Each Tattoo represents a point in time in my Life. Generally a Happy time in my life. Even though situations may change, Those Tattoo are are great reminders of how good life can be.

I'll give another perspective on this, though. As someone who handles divorces and property issues, I can tell you that divorces are much less expensive than, say, a partition action or a reulting trust action, or a breach of contract action. Divorces, at least, provide presumptions. It's even better with no fault. Imagine a couple who are not married, but living together for 20 years. They've got two kids and a house. Actually, HE has the house. She was unemployed as a full time mom when they bought the house 10 years ago. It was only in his name. She has remained unemployed. He leaves her. Without the divorce laws, it's now a jury issue and a contract issue. $50k in legal fees and costs - EASY! To prove the nature of the transactions, etc. And to prove an implied contract. How do I know this? I've handled a couple of Marvin actions here. They are expensive, time consuming, and wasteful. Marriages are far easier. Your reply reminds me of one of my favorite quotes.
