Addendum to #2. Dog must be of a Reasonable size. Any Mini/Toy sized dogs (Rat on Steroids) simply means that the gerbil was no longer doing it for you and you were forced to upsize.

Ugggg!!! First year dealing with a K1 for me. Own part of a Business that had a good year. Made a Reasonable profit but myself and the other partners decided no to pull the profits from the company becase it would have left the company cash strapped. Found out I have to pay Taxes on that money even though I didnt take it. (This was after all company taxes were paid). Now I get to write a $5K check tommorow. To pay taxes on money I didnt get!!

I think we are saying the same thing. Know what you are willing to pay and how much the car is really worth. Dont play games at the dealership. Either Fax/Phone or email your offer. Make sure that it is a fair offer. (dealers do need to make a living too.. They just don’t have to make it all off you) The only thing we disagree on is using KBB as a Guide. Here is an example of why I do not like KBB.. I took my car: 2002 Honda Accord EX Coupe v6 in Good Condition with 50K miles. KBB says: Trade in - $11,030 Suggested retail - $16,775 a difference of $5,745 over what they say you should expect the dealer to pay you vs what you should pay them for the exact same car. Mark up roughly 50%. Edmunds says: Trade in - $12,266 Dealer Retail - $15,640 A difference of $3,374. Much more realistic. Also I have the advantage of being able to search the Manheim Dealer Auctions for this vehicle and see what DEALERS are actually paying for this car at auction and see that the average is around 12K for similar cars last month. If the dealer is willing to pay that at Auction... Then they should be willing to pay me that much for the car. If I went off KBB numbers.. I would have lost $1000 on my trade or paid $1000 too much for the car. Of course all this is irrelevant when it comes down to what counts. What are you willing to pay and what are they willing to sell for. Don’t play games.. Make them a Fair offer, if they don’t want it, go elsewhere. No games necessary.

I have financed three cars with them (First when they were still People First and two more since they merged with Capitol One). I have also sent 4 different friends to them.. All loved the experience and will never again deal with Dealership for financing. It amazes me how many people still think they have to deal with a Car salesman to get a loan.
-
I dont think so... That cost extra..
-
Uhhh.... A little slow and foggy for some strange reason. And I am still trying to figure out who Laquisha is and why/how her phone number ended up written on my Thigh.
-
Too many games. Fuck games. Find the car you want.. Have it checked out, Get your financing preapproved, Look up the value of the Car.. Make an offer. If they Balk or start playing games, Go elsewhere. DO NOT EVER PLAY DEALER GAMES!! Repeat as needed till you get the car you want at a fair price.
-
Weege.. Pm me the exact info on the car you want, The dealer Name and saleman number. I can probably negotiate the deal from here.

I grew up around dealerships.. My mother has owned several. She currenly has High end Used only dealership here in Atlanta. I know the car business inside and out. I have been around it for 37 years. What I mean KBB is a Dealer tool is.. if you goto KBB.com and look up a car.. they will not show you Trade in and average retail side by side. The reason is the prices are heavily skewed in favor of the dealer on both sides . Edmunds is a MUCH more objective site for values. Tell the sales person if they EVEN mention monthly payment to you, you will go elsewhere. It is not relevant to what you are paying for the car. Monthly payment and down payment is between the Buyer and the Financer. and has NOTHING to do with negotiating the price of the vehicle. The financing site I suggested is NOT like Lending Tree or anything else. It is Capitol One Automotive. The largest Auto Lender in the world. Great rates and since you are dealing with them direct, they do not have to pay the dealer a Commission on the loan and you get a better rate. If the dealer insists that you be onsite to negotiate.. Do NOT deal with them. If they cat accept an offer over the phone without playing games then this is NOT a dealer you should be buying from. Edit: Which is EXACTLY why I told her to get preapproved before starting the negotiating process. Buy your car from a Car dealer.. Buy your Loan from a Lender.

1. forget KBB. They are a Dealers Tool. Use www.edmunds.com and get the TMV (True Market Value) of the car. 2. Under NO circumstance at all EVER discuss monthly payment with the sales person. This is how they distract you from what you are actually paying of the car. 3. Do not negotiate at the dealership. Fax or Email them a COMPLETE offer. Include what you are willing to Pay for the Car Plus Tax and Doc fee. Negotiate strictly off how much you have to write the total check for to own the vehicle. (It doesnt matter that you will be financing it..) 4. DO NOT pay a HUGE Doc Fee or ANY advertising or other fees. The most you should pay for a Doc fee is about $200. 5. If you have Credit Union.. Go to them BEFORE you go to the dealer for pre Approval. Dealers make alot of money off "Selling" you Loan to lenders. and will "Load the deal on the Back End" by putting hidden cost into your loan. Another great site for financing is https://www.capitaloneautofinance.com . Take a few seconds to apply and 15 minutes later you will be approved or denied. They over night you a Blank Check (Good for up to your Approval value). Now all you have to do is Fax in your Offer to the dealer.. If they accept.. go pick up your car.

Neighbors was just the beginning for us last night. The Clairmont Lounge is still going strong and still the same.. Nothing like good old PBR in a can. And then there was that club on Fulton industrial that we ended up at.. that made the Clairmont look kinda upscale. I must admit that I did feel outa Place a little because we were the only ones in there without a Gold Grill.. Including the dancers. But I made a new Friend!!.

How should I put this.... Ummmm. Well.. Uhhh.. YES!!!!
