I would suggest that you go out one afternoon and watch. Most DZ`s dont mind at all if you come out and spend some time watching the Jumpers land as long as you stay in the designated spectator areas. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Most dropzones will be jumping all day Saturday and Sunday and putting up loads as soon as the jumpers can get repacked or they will be flying back to back loads if they have enough Jumpers there to keep the plane going. Look up the reviews for the drop zone here. The only suggestion I would make is to try to avoid dealing with 1-800-SKYRIDE. They are not a real Drop zone but have 100`s of web sites for Fake Drop zones that do not really exist, They also have a very bad reputation for being dishonest in selling "Skydiving" gift certificates that are NOT accepted at many drop zones. (Another reason to go out to the Drop zone in person and purchase your skydive directly from them.) As far as safety goes for a Tandem Skydive.. Tens of thousands of Tandem Jumps are made each year with very few injuries.

Sit down and write a formal letter to the Hospital and Copy your insurance Company. Explain that there are numerous mistakes on your bill. Explain exactly what happened, What you received and what was done. Point out the specific Charges you are disputing. Be professional, Polite and firm. Inform the Hospital that you will not pay for Medicines, Tests or Services you did not receive and you will ask your insurance company to not pay for those items either. Give them a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) to correct their errors. Inform them that if these errors are not addressed, you will take your Bill and eyewitnesses to the local media so that they can run a story on hospitals gouging and over charging. Make sure to do this in writing and send it certified/ Return receipt requested to both the Hospital and Insurance Company. If you have not found resolution in 30 days, send everything to Georgia State Attorney Generals Office (They will usually just file it unless they have other complaints) and the Local TV and Print media. This cost you very little (Unlike an Attorney) and can generally get good results.

I personally think your odds are Much better playing Black Jack than Day Trading. I have an Ameritrade Account that has done very well over the past few years.. But I dont day trade. I buy stocks that I feel are currently undervalued and then sell them after they go up but this sometimes takes months or years. The stock I have made the most money with is NOOF (New Frontier Media). Bought them first a few years ago @ 2.66 per share. The stock Dropped after a few months to $1.50 per share.. I bought more. It dropped again to $.75 a share and was in danger of getting delisted.. I bought even more. I sold most of it a year later when it hit $10 per share. I have also lost money on others...(DJT cost me a Good bit when they filed bankruptcy). I started my Ameritrade account with $3K in 2002. I have since pulled out $4k in cash and still have about $4K in holdings and cash in the account to play with. I only buy stocks I believe in and will usually buy when the price Drops and then sell when it hits what I think it is worth. If you are holding a Stock and the price takes an unexpected Plunge… That is the time to buy more, not sell like many people will..

I went to both last year and I am having a hard time myself picking just one for this year... But with Gas Prices like they are.. I too am going to have to choose just one. If you are going mainly for the Jumping, I think Skyfest wins hands down. Skyfest is a great event for a good cause put on by great people. The main focus of Skyfest is the Jumps. Last Year Skyfest had Beer and Bands too but the party is not what Skyfest is really all about. If your goal is to get in a few Jumps and party your ass off.. Then it should be WFFC. WFFC Attendance has been in decline the past couple years but it seems they are responding by lowering the registration fee. Hopefully this will help and people will start coming back. Even with the lower attendance numbers, It is still the largest Boogie in the world and a great time.

And for spending an entire weekend on the DZ and Keeping her clothes on the whole time.[Beer]
