I found the USPA suit... Looks like the entire suit is based mostly on Posts made here. Not much officially happening with that one either except they changed the Judge.

Warning... Legal Mumbo Jumbo ahead!!! Non-Lawyer summary to follow: It looks like really NOTHING has happened yet. There have been no rulings at all that I could see. The only Order I see is the one demanding that ASC/Skyride answer the suit. Looks Like SDA Filed the Suit.. ASC/Skyride filed Motion to dismiss (almost always the first move any defendant tries in any case) Judge ordered them to Answer the Claims. ASC/Syride Answered and made Counter Claims (Fairly Normal in Law suits.) Specifically naming one well known DZ.comer. SDA answered that Counter Claim. Nothing at all has happened since January according to the docket. I have downloaded the ASC/Skyride Answer, Counter Claim and SDA Response to Counter Claim if anyone is having trouble sleeping and wants some really boring reading. PM me an Email address and I will send then to you. These are Public records to te best of my Knowledge. If anyone would rather I not post updates as they are available, Please let me know. There used to be a "Hang Gliding Simulator" near Racoon Mountian ijust outside of Chatanooga, TN. They had Cable Strung from a 120 ft cliff and attached a Hang Glider to it on a pulley with about 15ft of slack. If you did everything right, you could actually fly it to the ground. If you didnt, you would just ride the cable. It was a Fun. The same place had 185ft Bungee tower, Trikes (Basically a Hang Glider with an Ultralight engine), and Skydiving as well. It is where I did my first couple jumps

I would say that it depends on what you are looking for. SDA in Thomaston is a little further away but they have a Fast King Air and some great Freeflyers (They have a other jumpers too but they are known primarily as a Freefly DZ). ASC in Cedartown - Without getting into the whole Skyride debate.. There are some really cool people that jump there. The Farm - (About 2 miles from ASC) This is the one I would suggest. Not your typical DZ as it is not on an Airport. Beautiful 55 acre Private Farm, Great Planes (Porter, Caravan and Grand Caravan), Two Swoop Ponds, Super friendly laid back attitude, Nice Mix of Freeflyers, RW and Swoopers.

See if you can bring any charges against the owners. You can also file a suit in small claims against the owners. It is not about money so much as letting the owners of the dogs know that they ARE responsible for their dogs actions.

Pruitt was bseriesboosted on here. This was not what I was expecting to see here this morning. I will always remember you and Pruitt showing up with a Playstaion and a TV to trade to the DZ for Jumps when going through AFF... And the night you guys in your truck about to leave when I came out and told you if you swam the Pond Nekkid you could get another AFF jump the next day for free. It was freezing that night and Pruitt was out of the truck and half undressed in less than a second. Pruitt and the Round being towed behind the Truck.. About 80 ft up and the rope broke..
