    I guarantee you that every person that has been eliminated by the death penalty will NEVER commit another crime. While I also guarantee that MOST that we release from a maximun security prison will commit more violent crimes. Since this nation was founded, That has not been true. The death penalty has been around off and on since the beginning. And you are correct that no ONE person can make that decision. It takes a Jury of 12, A Judge and then almost endless appeals.

    In this case, That is being done. Hopefully others will realize that in Texas, It is a Bad idea to drive your buddies around to commit armed robberies. If someone gest killed, You can face the death penalty just for driving. Not me. People illegally starting wars should be dealt with harshly and with extreme prejudice. I think Saddam was hanged was he not?? A Bad Man, That did Bad Things. And Justice was served. It is very sad that we are still paying such a high price in so many ways for that justice. But please, Lets keep this thread on topic and discuss this case, There are plenty of threads on Iraq for you to Bush Bash on.

    The real problem is we coddle and try to justify people that do Bad things instead of removing them from the gene pool. There are BAD people out there that Do BAD things.. Like drive around looking for people to Rob at Gun Point. Want to live in a better world?? Get rid of these people.

    In Texas, they are Guilty of Murder and face the death penalty. That is why this person is going to be executed. That is the Law there. People that don’t want die in the chair should not drive their Buddies around for them to commit Armed Robberies. If they do and someone gets killed they just might get killed too. Sounds fair to me.

    To use a Bank Robbery analogy.. If a someone drives the getaway car for a Bank Robbery, And people get shot during the robbery.. Aren’t they all guilty of Murder?? I think so. this is the same scenario only it was random people they were robbing instead of a bank. Whether they planned to kill or not is not relevant. They were conducting Armed Robbery. The possibility that people will get shot is extremely real.

    In most cases, yes. There have been bars sued for this, People have been found guilty of exactly that. But that is a world of difference from that and helping your buddies commit armed Robbery and someone getting shot. What you are missing here is there were BAD people out doing bad things. Armed Robbery. When You take a Gun and try to Rob Someone and someone gets shot, It is not a surprise. If you are driving the getaway car, You are Guilty of participating in that Murder. Edit: and the "Several" came from this statement Please note that "Points, Individuals and Robberies are all Plural.

    You would honestly equate that with this.. A Guy Drives his buddies around where at Several times they get out of the car, Rob People and then INTENTIONALLY Kill someone?? Is the guy driving the getaway car also guilty of Bank robbery?? He is actively participating in the crime. I don’t see much difference here.

    Here is what I did and it seems to have helped.. Since I couldn’t find a Buffer wheel for the Demel, I stopped by the drug store and bought a Battery Powered Tooth Brush with stiff bristles, Got some gritty Toothpaste (Arm&Hamer Stuff with Baking soda) and came hone and went to work. The spot is now much smoother.

    My Tooth isn’t the problem.. Its my Tongue that is driving me nuts. Just a small rough spot on the tooth, A dentist would charge me a fortune and try to sell $10K worth of dental work if I even get in the chair. Besides.. You ever see Little shop of Horrors?? Dentists scare me.

    This has been going on for a couple days now and my tongue is pretty course now.. So if I did put tongue anywhere, it would most likely be pretty rough like a Cats tongue. Hmmm.. Maybe I should try that. Just have to locate a nearby Volunteer.

    I chipped a tooth. (Barely.. Just a rough spot basically) Now my tongue is sore as hell because I can keep it off the rough spot. Anyone have any suggestion on how to stop running your tongue across that spot??

    Even the one arm Hug can be ok if It is meant and someone just had something in their other arm... It is the Back Pat (ie.. we are done, move along now) that chaps my cheeks. Back Patters get cut off from Future J-Luv. And yes, You meet ALL my Qualifications for Good Huggin. Kitty Hugs rock. In fact you should come out to the Farm this weekend and we can get a few in in-between Jumps out of the Specialty plane.

    Ding, Ding, Ding!! The garage is typically the "Man Pit", The place where he can go to get away from Nagging and Complaining. He can do this and not feel Guilty because he was "Working" in the garage. Usually working on turning that 6-pack stomach into a full Keg.

    I am Picky about my Hugs. I believe you should either Do it or DONT Bother. Nothing I hate worse that one of those "Fake" Hugs.. You know when they jus sort of get close and then give the immediate Back Pat. What the hell was the point of that?? Why bother, A Handshake would have been more than sufficient and considerably less awkward. Now a good old Back Crackin, Tight Squeeze.. That is a Hug. Those are great. Especially if she has Big ol Boobies and is pressin em all up against you. Who wouldn’t like that??

    My Great Aunt Had a Housekeeper named "FaMolley". The story behind the name was supposedly the girls mother thought the child had been named by the hospital after her emergency C-Section. The name was on the little armband when they brought the child to her after she came to. The mother couldn’t read or write much and when they came in to fill out the birth certificate, They asked the mother the childs name.. She sounded out the name.. "Female" and it came out FaMolley.
