    I only quote you because i joined in June 2001 obviously before 9/11. I joined because i love America and i always wanted to be in the Army hence where i am now. As you may notice from other posts im deployed for my 3rd time to Iraq. I cant agree with everyone here but i do know there are MANY of civi's that deserve respect and recognition for there efforts. I also know now days there are relaxed standards to join the military so alot of undesirable people join, hell there was even a special on about how there are tons of gang members that have been joining the military which frightens and worries me. So we cant put ALL military on a hero status and civi's on a crap list but instead take on the difficult and strenuos job of giving INDIVIDUALS there own recognition.

    Im going to beat a dea horse here because ive seen many of posts about military discounts. Any way i have been trying to find a way to contact manufactorers about what kinda of discount they offer, but maybe im just not smart enough on the web to find out how to contact them. To make a long story longer can anyone help me find places to contact preferable via email (since im in Iraq) but if all there is, is a phone number that would be great to. Thank you all in advance for whatever help you can offer.

    Wow all these years and this is the first time i have ever heard about tipping lol. I just always brought beer for the end of the day i thought i was just being friendly so maybe they thought was my wy of tipping lol.

    Im not much of a political person all i now is all poilics bth rep. and dem. will lie about anything and promise everything just to get your vote and make bank. do some take it seriously im sure back before the 70's yes but not now its just a job to them. thats why i say..... VOTE FOR ME IN 2020

    Hmmm i guess i spend to much time being deployed over seas so i always figure sometime eventully someone will get lucky and there wont be enough to stick in the ground and and wont make senc to put in a casket to burn so i would choose, to someone us my life insurance to buy a grill and cremat me on that.

    Im with warped ive been to a to of funerals i would say half and half on the viewing and all i know is theres nothig that can steal my memories of them cause there body is just leftover parts. maye i have a poor view on things i dont know.

    Like i stated before this happened a few years ago, is it possibe that the teacher gave me bad intel....maybe. but i just told you what i was told while i was there on a visit and seen what i did while i was there.

    You can believe me ornot but i was there i seenthis happen. the muslim wasnt just put in there for "flavor". he was in deed muslim (i dont have anything aganst muslims) its just what he was. this also happened a few years ago while i was home on leave like i stated before. oh and BTW the town was Jefferson and at the time it wasnt allowed, far as i know now its still not said. so like i said believe me or not whatever i just wanted to tell you it.

    i am from a small town in WI (to close to liberal Madison) and they will not allow them to say it, because of complaints from non christian families that say its offensive because of the the word "God"

    i joining this really late and have only read a few posts so iim not sure what everyone has wrote but heres my view... yes you should have th eoption on saying the pledge thats our right as Americans, last time i was home i was shocked to find if was forbidden in public schools because of the word "God" in it and that might offend people. While i visited my old school while i was on leave i noticed one of my ex-teachers (old school guy) didnt follow that rule and had his students say the pledge ith they so wished. The only thing that got my blood boiling is when the 1 student in the class was sitting (i have nothing against other races, religions, creeds or genders) the kid who was muslim decided it would be funny to throw stuff at the others while saying it. I am in the military and though ill defend his right to do that with no consiquence that did make me want to drag him out by his shirt collar. thats my 2 cents and a quick story so now ill sit back and see how bad i get flammed.

    i would like to become a rigger when i get home from iraq, i am stil a student in jump school but have tons of time here to study. i ws thinking about getting the rigger study handbook and learning as much as i can about the make up and kinetics of parachutes and then when i get home maybe take the written and/or oral exam. am i over stepping my bounds here or would this be plausable?? Any and all info or comments are welcome and very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    I am curently in Iraq and i am on jump 15 in the learning process. Is there any videos or books i can watch/read while im here to keep me sharp and learning until i can get home and in the sky?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    so i have a referb skytronics fx and the lil manual fold out that came with it doesnt tell me how to use it at all. where can i g et a manual for this if there even is one?

    ok on the havok thats the one that the whole face piece flips up instead of just the visor if im thinking right, whats your experience with that? i kinda liked it.

    Well im in the market for a helmet. Im fresh from being a student and have seen and heard mixed info on all brands. I want to go full face cause i hate goggles, (dont know why just do). Ive been leaning to a Z1 STI but have mixed feelings on the audible thing not sure if i ever want to use one. I know im being complicated and picky lol. But if anyone out there can get me more honest reviews of what they use and prefer that would be great. i have read all the reviews posted some being helpfull and some are just gripping. Thank you all for takeing the time to read my post here and for any info you can get me.
