Its never good to see a woman get raped. But when you have someone like Paris Hilton...that isnt really good for anything....that was spoon feed from a polished silver spoon..and get her fame because the media chose her...the general public tend to have hatred towards those types of people...especially when you have million upon millions of hard working people that bust their ass to make the money they make. I can understand why they have the hatred they do. I personally cannot stand her...most of the reasons that have been posted here already are the same opinion i have. Everyone knows that she is getting off lightly with what her sentence is. If it were any other hard working person the sentence would have been more severe. Then you have people like Sarah. I think she is a riot..but again..that is my opinion. I love people that call things like they see them. Which is also why i think i love Carlos Mencia so much. These types of comedian are not afraid to call people out on their bullshit...and to me..thats the best kind of comedy there is! ...seen a traffic light on an interstate highway. I swear it is the BIGGEST inconvenience for that side of town. In all reality..it only takes me 20 minutes to get to my gf's house...but that one damn light adds at least another 20 minutes of stop and go traffic. and hell..you add in there morning and rush hour traffic..forget it..you're stuck there for at least an hour...and thats on a good day. You Jacksonville people know where im talking about...9A and JTB. They are building on and off ramps to get on and off JTB but its taking forever. I got here October of 05 when they started...and are STILL working on it here in June of 07. Im just ranting here..but it feels better. Anyone else have any issues locally where you live that is just so stupid?! You dont necessarily "have to" but different oils have different viscosities and break down at different temperatures and lifespans. Its just a piece of mind sort of thing. Its ultimately up to you but it wont make much of a difference. When switching oil in a passenger vehicle it is very important to follow the mileage that the oil is designed to protect with. You dont want to put high mileage oil in a newer car..and vice versa. As long as the "new oil" you are talking about is produced for the mileage of your motor you will be fine. Im sure you know but im going to say it anyway. If you do switch make sure its a complete change. Dont mix them if it is a completely different name and brand. Any mechanic that has half a brain would know this...but there are always the stupid ones...so jsut make sure if you do the changeover that it is done correctly. What kind of car is it again??? This is really awesome. They havent found a cure of rit..but prolonging its effects is definitely a huge step down the road of finding a cure! I hope they get additional funding from other corportations to speed the R&D of advancing medication to eventually eradicate cancer! My test is the movie "cutaway". If they can watch the whole movie...and not fall asleep..and call me the next day..then they are a keeper. Its crashed and burned the last 2 times i tried it. Trying it for the third time tomorrow night. I think this one will last though..she seems to be into skydiving..and she's a wuffo....so far But ya know what they say...third time's the charm. I already have a complete rig with the exception of a main canopy. Judging by all the posts thus far in this thread maybe i should broaden my horizons as far as manufacturer. Thanks for your reply bill. I was hoping you would see this thread. I talked to my dzo last saturday about this and he said i would be fine on a 230 but at the time i was looking at the 9 cell. then i found the 7 cell for slightly cheaper so i decided to post here for opinions..and i highly value yours. the dzo was my main instructor on my level three so he knows what i can do as far as landing for my level on experience...or lack thereof..lol. I know a lot of people wait to buy a main until they downsize...but honestly..im in no hurry to downsize at all. I dont have a problem with flying a big canopy for awhile..as im not trying to get into swooping or anything high performance for a LONG time.....hence the reason why im not in a hurry to downsize. Firstly i did a thread search and could find what im looking for. I have a choice to make and i would like others opinions. Im buying my first canopy relatively soon...and i have it narrowed down to a PD 230...one is 7 cell and the other is 9 cell. Being a beginner and that is it my first canopy what would ya'll recommend i get. There is only a 25 dollar differance in the price between them and they both have about the same number of jumps. I only have three aff jumps so far and i made it back to the student landing area without any problems...with radio the first and solo on levels 2 and three. I havent stood up a landning yet but that is flaring issues.which im working on now. So which one would you reccommend to someone newly off of student status? Im not looking for performance..im looking for safety.
