I was talking to Donna within the last 3 months - remember I went to WA in Oct of 2010. I called her because it was NOT able to make it to Ariel. There was just too many other thing to do that were more important. Haven't you been BANNED from there for some time now? When some one gets such a big head that they lie about something simple - then no one believes anything else the person has to say. For Instance: I have an email dated March 3, 2001 - note this IS before I went to WA. and BEFORE I found out what you had been doing in regards to discrediting everything I had been telling you about the route Duane and I made. FOLK - PLEASE realize that I had NO map. I was talking from my memory to JT - he provided the names of these place and until 2001 when I went to WA I had NO choice but to believe what he was telling me. NOW I know why JERRY was not the guide I had requested - and their excuse was that Jerry was too busy. That is because JERRY knew he could NOT get past go with me if I was able to get around in WA. So Jerry DIRECTS the crew where to take me - and they are ALL wrong places and not the places I had described to Jerry. Jerry knew I would CONFRONT him right there and then. Now to the email of March 3, 2000 Doug and I had received a reply from a man who was a Geologist in WA. This was in result to our enquiries. "I am writing this letter in regards to your request for infomation about the location of Boy Scout Camp, sawmill, and fire lookout tower in SOUTHERN WA STATE." He goes on to explain about a Boy Scout Camp and that Battleground Lake is about 2 miles S.E. This man thought maybe Duane had taken me to Battleground Lake. We enquired about "Frenchman's Reef"...which did not exist. Now Jerry since we told this man the same things I told you - WHY didn't you tell me about Tena's Bar?. See folks I knew little to nothing about WA state at that time. Also in this letter the man replies about Hwy 14...and things in close proximity. Note this is ALL about the South Eastern Corner of WA. State. Since you do NOT know how to use spell check or use punctuations - being able to use the Blue is way over your head. ONE wrong move and you throw the forum in a spin - the posts become elongated making the thread impossible to read. Learn the basics first - like spelling, punctuation and paragraphs. When you accomplish that then perhaps you can graduate to other things. Now I will go back to my books and find MORE things that prove you to be the one probagating a fantasy of your own. Yes, Jerry I have had some very serious health problems - over the yrs...and I have the medical bills to prove it. Remember that in 2000 I had a VERY serious auto accident that left me with some serious problems to complicate the other health problems. Imade my trip to WA on a cane and was so bad with the other problem on 3 different days during those 15 day I was able to do very little. Jerry the hill I told you about and Ralph about from get go - from day one. YOU KNOW exactly what I am talking about because I told you about it after I got back from WA this last time. YOU didn't want to talk about it. WHY? That hill has been part of the story since DAY ONE. The hill where Duane said he used to know a man who owned some property at the very point we turned. The hill that wound around and around with a very narrow road and there were branchs down and I was afraid because of the steep sides. The hill with the clearing like an old homestead with very large dead trees on top of it and large rocks - The one I said looked like a cemetery. There was a wooden gate and a wire fence. This was the point that Duane told me about the creek that was the same creek that we went across on the road that he said was where Cooper walked out of the woods. The same place he told me that the power lines and the pipe lines all crossed and before the undergrowth you could walk for miles and miles and miles. Then he points in another direction and tells how they all intersect with the pipeline and how easly it was to follow this all the way to the Columbia and guess where all of that comes out on the Columbia at that Marina I told about where the boat came up missing. This is in the same area as the farm where he knew people. This description was sent to Himmelsbach and related to you over and over and over. It is in tapes and letters to the FBI...all of this dating from get go...1997. This was why Mr. H involved you - because he thought you would know where it was. YOU also told me there was NO way the WASHOUGAL river could be on my left unless I was going NORTH. YOU were wrong about that also....because when I followed Udell's direction...she stopped at the bridge and told me if I had ever been there I would know my way from that point. She was right - as soon as we crossed that bridge I asked the driver to turn left and the I asked what was on our left thru the trees - guess what the Washougal. Then as we went on down the road I told him to make a turn - and he then told me if we had not turned there the road would have dead-ended about a mile down the road. Then when we turned and head North there was the pasture lands I kept telling you about. And the when we got to a certain n point I started to scream turn turn turn. He was going a normal speed. He told me that unless we turned there - there was no other body of water that would have met my description. He was like you - he was focusing on a river...it was a lake I thought was a river and Duane did NOT correct me. He asked me why I said turn turn at that point. I saw a sign - a street sign - it was the only road sign I remembered from the trip in 1979. I remembered it only because of the unusal things that Duane showed and told me and made a mental note to remember the next road sign I saw. I couldn't remember it when I spoke with you, but when I saw the sign - it was there in front of me..I have visual recall. I found alll of the stuff you said did not exist and I have told you this now since 2001...but you called me a liar - so I shut down ALL communications with you after that - I TRUSTED YOU NO MORE. You never expected me to be able to go back in 2010 and find this even with all of the deveLopment. You didn't realize I was raised on a farm and had very good sense of direction. He has gone too far and missed his turn, but I told him I saw 2 roads behind us - we turn around and there was mobil homes or double wides I could see (again something you told me was NOT there in 1979. We turn around at that point and go South to what I now know to be Coffee Road and he tells me about another cemetary besides the 1st one we went to before we went to the Lake. The other one was in Washougal and behind it used to be an old camp along the river. . I tried to tell you all of this was before WE went to 500 and that we turned NORTH off of 500 and went to the woods where the clearing where and the tower that was no longer there - I had no concept of distance because I was not driving - I thought all of this stuff was close but it was not. This was the same location he talked about the train track and the cart and that he mentioned Battleground Lake and a place they stored the carts and a gravel pit. Then I told you he took me to a thing on the other side of Battleground that he called a HAT. and then we went back to 500 and along 5 hundred he pointed up a road and said it went to Dollar Corner Tavern and he used to know a man there. Then we went up I-5 and going up I-5 yes he points out another covert type thing and talkes about a park on the left the guys used to go to and then he mentions all the power lines going paralle and intersecting. Then further on up I-5 the mentions another cemetary and St Helens and that he used to know a woman who had a store there and then we are in Longview and another town and he mentions a place the guys used to eat at. He also around Lewis river he mention some places over on the coast line - more parks. Almost ALL of the above was communicated to you and to Ralph in 1996 and 1997 and 1998 and 1999....I have copies of letters I sent and I made tapes. The tapes won't prove anything to anyone - they could have been recorded at anytime during all of this - but dated letter are a different animals. I have letters and black and white doucuments that say the same thing from day one. Including the FBI also has tapes of the conversations. I have copies of tapes and letters and things that are dated prior to 2001 that state the same things over and over. Doug Pasternac also has his notes and research. There are friends and family who will vouch the story did not change (but, I have enough written documentation to prove the story did NOT change - it improved, but that was a learning process - such as finding out YOU lied to ME. Where would I get new information to fabricate my story for glory and financial gain? These things YOU claim to have found - only VERIFY that I have been telling the SAME story for yrs and yrs. Weber - there are only 2 photo that make his ears look large and none of other photos have that look. Duane Weber really had NO family other than his sister he connected with after he and I got married, but he didn't do that until 1985. That was the first time he ever GOT a Christmast Card from his isister. It was the first time he felt SAVE enough to provide her with an address. Finally they get it and realize the help I need is putting Duane in a chute. 06-23-2006 I give them what chronological information I had at that time/ I had speculated Duene knew OR and WA from the late 40's but have no proof of this. I tell about that Sunday we went to a Hotel/Bar in the lower mountians of Co. and the man shouting at Duane to never come back there. That I never knew what this was about. Be SURE when you guys read that PDF that you understand when it say MsOooper that all the wording under that caption is NOT me. I have the actually posts as they exisited on the forum. You have to understand that when it say MsCooper that 2 individuals are usually quoted there under. Similar to the way we quote the reply first and then make a statement. Also the way we do when stating the reply and then make a state ment and then add another reply. The PDF is not explicit in who is talking - so before you rip into anything - give me the page number and I will try to match it to the exact copy of the live posting.... So you continue to call me a liar and that is ridiculous. If you understand the English langage the understand this: I did NOT know who Dan Cooper was and would never have if I had not told a gentleman friend about the strange things Duane told me before he died. I told the man what Duane said "I'm Dan Cooper" and then the man asked me if I knew who D. B. Coopers was and yes, I did vaguely. A few weeks later I checked out the only book I could find on Cooper in my small area. This is when I found out who DAN Cooper was and until that moment I had NO idea who Dan Cooper was. This was on the night of May 24 1996 and that is when I called the FBI. There was NO time for me to make anything up - I rattled off what he told me before he died and told them about the other things that had occured in our marriage. This should ALL be in the FBI records. I would call them 2 other times that same night as I continued to read the book. Yes, that book was fictional, but there were enough facts in the book that I understood what Duane had told me over a yr before when he was in the hospital. Yes, you are right the only book I had read prior to contacting Himmelsbach was Max Gunther's book. I never said Duane marked pages. There was some handwriting in the margin on 2 pages I thought was his handwriting. The library had done away for the card signing and didn't have the old records so I was unable to find out if Duane had checked out the book. Several individuals on this thread have studied the handwriting in the book versus Duane's handwriting and it is our opinion that it is probably NOT Duane's hand writing. The rubber Ducky has NOTHING to do with Gunther's book - but Duane had buried our dog's rubber Ducky with the dog just a few months before Duane died. Since Duane had a bottle he took to the garage and spent some time along with the dog - I though maybe he buried something with Symba. Duane had told me the bottle contained his papers, but I found Symba's papers in his personal files. I have made up NO stories and you know that - what is your problem - why don't you go out here and try to discredit others the way you do me. Many thiefs used to do this to smooth off their prints in the early yrs...to avoid detection. There was mention about his prints being changed in the Jefferson system because there were some other inmates who managed to do this during that same period of time. I asked the FBI to give me a polygraph in the very beginning, but THEY did not. I think that is because there was little to be gained as it was obivous I believed the things I was saying. (Go ask your expert) because you are only making yourself sound like an idiot. I never looked for publicity and you know that - or I would have approached the media as soon as I discovered the things I did. It would be 2000 before I agreed to go public and that was ONLY because I had caught the FBI stating to me things I held in black and white government document at proved the FBI was deliberately lie to me or they had NOT investigated Duane's background. This is the McNeil file and the Army Records - which I still have. What has damaged the Cooper Case is the FBI NOT connecting the dots in 1996-2000. At that time there were still people alive who may have come forward had the FBI had asked the public for help or if I had GONE public in 1996 instead of contacting the FBI - this could all have had a different outcome. What the FBI needs to do is shut you up - you and you alone have cause a lot of damage to this case. I do not know if it is sheer ignorance or if you do this for attentions or to get people to write about you. There are news articles where you jump right onto the suspects - take the Taxi driver - you were all over that one...yet you have NEVER presented a suspect of your own. I still question WHY you attack and attempt to discredit me. What is your problem? I am not writing a book nor a movie nor am I out there in the public making wild claimes. In that news article the suspect himself bragged about 6 yrs in Columbia. WELL, GUESS what - that is NOT true. If you will read the DETAILED San Quentin file - it WASHES this Columbia Warrant. I have the records on this Columbia incident. He was arrested and charged and it seems sentenced, but then the record goes POOF! They show NO discharge or escape date and offer NO explanations...by the way the are the same yrs - Weber was known to be in WA, Or and ID. If you figure out the yrs from 1945 to 1949 you might actually solve the Cooper case - but don't look for Weber - look for Dusty...a nickname. This was all set- up by his family. Anyone reading your ramblings knows you are encapable of comprehension of the written word. How many time HAVE I stated to you - that Duane HAS NO living Relatives. Now that I am down to the final stretch - I do NOT need to have SOMEONE like you in my face...and to tear apart the truths that do exist. I do not need someone to tear my words apart for their own selfish reasons...which comes down to you WANTING publicity. YOU have to be the ONE to solve this case. YOU have to destroy anyone who stands in your way. Why aren't you out there looking for the truth instead of being fixated on destroying anything I might have. There is ONLY one answer for that. Regardless of what any of you think about me - or the story I have tried to tell to the best of my knowledge and with limited research and means available to me regarding Government files there is NO denying a certain party has stepped over the line. I knew about Cooper when Duane took me to WA, but I was never interested in this and I even thought the remark he made on the trip about Cooper odd and why I took a mental picture of a road sign. I knew about Cooper when the article came out in the paper in Feb of 1998 when the money was found, but I had forgot about the remark he made in WA and actually didn't make a connection. Remember that I DID not get to read the article nor see the special on TV. Duane could NOT afford for me to read that article or to see the TV special - he was afraid I might pick-up on something. Also NOTE that I did NOT see any composites nor did I know the name Cooper provide was DAN COOPER. Jo has never said if she read newspapers at Virginia Beach or not, in her "busy" life.? We got only the Sunday paper because we traveled for work and I do NOT remember reading anything about McCoy dying there or about Cooper. Jo has even gone so far as to claim Duane changed his finger prints! I know there is something STRANGE about the fingerprint thing going on...and I still feel there is something amiss in this area. Why would Carr use the prints from McNeil and those are the prints that were used (note that you recently claimed Duane was NOT in McNeil per the FBI)? You told me to be careful and that might go for you also. Now you have to explain why the FBI refused to make the Jefferson file available and how they could put John Collins in prison without prints. If they fingerprinted John Collins they would have know he was Duane Weber. There are some problems regarding the Jefferson incarceration that HAVE NEVER been ANSWERED. The research that you and the journalist conducted that points to your husband's criminal history being different then what is on record, do you have that for review? Communications with someone from Duane's past -- every time Chigago and "a specific name" came up in a conversation the subject changed abruptly - with "I do not want to go there". Mc Neil prisoners where used in the logging industry????? Coffelt is reported as being in the Phoenix, AR area in July of 1960. Remember Duane's connections to Phoenix in the 60's. Brown was in the Sandy Springs area where Duane lived. Coffelt met Brown in Atlanta. My research showed a Coffelt in the Canon City, Co prison but unknown if related to the suspect Coffelt. Dated 3/2000. The Coffelt/Brown thing has been with me from the beginning..

Adendum: Ooppps! While I was posting the local stalker - attacked Blevins. Why doesn't this stalker ever offer any solid research evidence he has supposedly acquired in HIS search? The stalker maintains in prior media publications about his 'search" that Cooper died, yet he has never produced one bit of evidence to support this...instead he attacks the research and theories and writings of others who believe differently. For instance - the areas he supposedly researched for me. Why did he say MY hill or MT was not there! He is also aware the place Duane said 'That's where Cooper walked out of the woods" is relative close to this 'hill'. The flight path would argue this is not the location of the LZ, but this is near the'hill' where Duane explained the power lines intersecting and the pipeline and stated you could walk for mile before the undergrowth was there. I do not believe that during my initial accounting that I called the place over near the LAKE a covert - it was described as a little creek or tributary that ran into a pipe under the road (a 2 lane road) and down to the body of water which Jerry insisted was the Columbia. I kept telling him it was NOT the Columbia and that it was a river (but I found out later it was an elongated lake). Now Jerry had to have known what I was talking about when I mentioned the mansion and the cabins (those things do not exist on the Columbia). WHY did this man NOT recognize what I was trying to tell him? I even told him that Duane claimed to know the caretaker of this old mansion. In my accounting of the trip I do tell about 500 and when we got on I-5 (this is after the other accounting that he disputes). Going up I-5 Duane does mention a park on the left side of the highway (where the guys went) and on the right a covert of some kind that runs under the highway. He again mentions parallel power lines that I could not see and tells me how they intesect at places. Note this area is at the point of another covert. All he says is he knew someone who hid something there at one time (I have NOT a clue what this references). On up the road before we get to the Lewis River he tells me about a cemetery (I didn't have time to find this cemetery when I was up there). At this time he tells me about the little town to our left called St.Helens, OR and that he used to know a woman who had a store there. My research (while I was in OR in 2011) has shown the store was an antique store that was still there, but under new ownership. The prior owner of many many yrs had died. I am still trying to find photos of the early yrs. The prior proprietor was the right age. He talks about a resturant in a little town around Longview and tells me about parks to the West along the Atlantic. Because he knew where all the parks were located - I thought what he did in WA was connected to the parks, but found NO record in any of the archives of a Duane Weber. Was this through the penal system in those days? Parks, cemetaries (even remote ones), air stips and towers and power lines and pipe lines. I'm trying to decide whether this sounds more like sheer arrogance/egoism, or the more difficult problem of a persecution complex. Not a persecution complex or egoism? The threats have been made publically...for all to see. A man capable of making those kinds of threats is capable of much worse than what he has threatened. The personality that has come across on the phone and in this thread is capabable of a violent action...and it has to be dealt with as such. His threats are only toward me and NO one else. He disagrees with others, but he does NOT threaten them with actions that can harm them as he does me. This threat is not a physical one but one he knows would reduce my life to less than it is now. I have physical limitations and a demographic limitation that restrict relationships and mobility. I have stayed OUT of the media other than this thread and others for 10 yrs now...the privacy of my home is my sanction. Due to the recent waves of crimes against seniors and murders in my area - public exposure is a real physical threat for me. I would be a target for theft and harm....if this man is allowed to do as he has threatened by exposing me to the residents and media in my area. My private life has NOTHING to do with Cooper. When I met my last husband, he had NO idea what I was involved in - but, he did NOT ask questions. When I had to go to WA - I told him what I was involved in. He didn't have a clue until that time. I told him before I went out there if he decided he did NOT want to continue the relationship that I would understand. This amazing man accepted me for what I am and never asked me any questions about the trip or about Cooper. We married in 2002 and he died in 2007 of cancer. Only after his death did I learn that he had been reading this thread - he always knew why I was having a bad day. This was one AMAZING man. When I cleaned up his computer before giving it to his children - I found the DZ in his favorites and clicked on it...he was reading this thread up until a few wks before he died. We always respected each others privacy - his pass word to various accts was with his birth certificate and other important papers. Me I am tired of defending myself -and I am tired of the abuse I have tolerated from a certain person. Knoss has his story and I don't agree with it, but he did NOT display anger and nor was he abusive. His story was sometimes funny and other times believable - but it did NOT fit the facts. Another party continually assaults others and has NO story to tell and has never produce one iota of evidence, yet attacks and refutes anyone with a story to tell. Then there is yourself and KC - it is a good story, but I never felt Christiansen was a viable subject - background or description. If I had met you 14 yrs ago - this case might have been solved by now. Cook - When he gets quiet look out! He just might be on to something - now that is Florence's expression. feel he is probably the most unbaised researcher out there and I don't think he wants to put out another "wannabe" book. This man has invested a lot of yrs into his research as he has had other suspects - but he was alway honest with himself. Geoffry Grey - now I expect that to be a GOOD book and really hope he was indepth and didn't fall into one of the Cooper pits. I expect it will be very differnent from other books out there and might be one that will survive the test of time as Norjax has. Me - well I am not a writer and who wants another Cooper book? I am just a woman who has spent 15 yrs of her life trying to explain a 17 yr marriage to the man who called himself Dan Cooper...and fit the profile to a T. For hours I have gone thru old files - I started with 2000 and 2001, but I do NOT even discuss the route Duane I took except to the producer of the segment done in 2001. So I went back to 1996 when I first started to talk to Ralph H. This letter mentions some of what I remember, but - note I had NO map other than a STATE map so there was NO detail. Also consider that until I went out to WA this past Oct of 2010 - I had never been behind the wheel of a car in WA - and this is when I learned how close all of these things are and that I had misjudged distance. In this letter to Ralph I draw a pencil map. I start out telling him what I am trying to draw. I draw what is HWY 14 and a circle which I label Washougal I put an X above the Washougal and one inside of the loop (the river). to the left and above I draw a road - I label 500. I explain this is the area he took me to. On the upper map I draw a body of water (I had NO maps in 1996 to show this). I think it is a river. I show a road and going over a small stream - and said this is Where Cooper walked out of the woods. I write on this about a concrete covert. I explain I don't know where this water was and that maybe we where already on the interstate when I saw it - but I remember the road was only a 2 lane. I have drawn in these 3 cabins - that where NOT there when he and I stopped at the water. Beyond that I draw a map of a road that went up a hill. All I had was my memory and I am trying to draw my memory. I indicate a logging area and the tower that was not there. But on this map I put everything close when actually they were miles apart....but I would NOT know this until Oct 2010. I do talk about about Mt. St. Helens and St.Helens and he knew a woman there who had a store and the I mention his comment about Longview and the forest after we are on I-5 Then I mention the return trip and our stops in Vancouver. A dead end road and there are NO houses on this road or at the river...we are not far off the Hwy. Duane points out an area across the river and tell me he knew somone who lived there. When we first get there Duane tell me to stay in the car. Tomorrow I will find another old letter to Ralph. This was my first effort to explain what I had tried to describe. It is around this time he puts me intouch with JT. I am sure it make no sense to anyone other than Amazon and even she might have a hard time with the sketchy description i gave, but I only had a state map and my memory. What did I prove to myself if no one else with these hours of frantic digging...that as early as 1996 and 1997 I was explicit that we where in the Washougal area and that we travel down the Wa side on Hwy14. That we Turned North off of 500 and ended up over on I-5 going to Seattle. i didn't have a lot of detail because I had NO map from which to obtain DETAIL...but NOW I am exhausted and pouring the tears. Jerry Thomas can go to HELL. I have never been bitter before, but NOW I am and I have this in a copy of a letter I sent to Ralph....in 1996. I have NEVER HATED anyone in my life, but HOW I know what HATE and rage feels like....along with the relief that I have told the same story for 15 yrs - I have it in black and white. Jerry kept throwing things at me and I kept telling him I didn't have a map. I do not remember who sent me that beautiful map in 2001 after I got home from WA, but I am forever grateful. I can't go on - I can't see the screen...and the water is pouring and I am trembling so bad. I HATE I HATE I HATE --- for the first time in my life I feel HATE! I wish I had someone to hold me. It is now later and I am adding to this post: I finally got enough composure to come back and let you guys know I am going to take a pill and go to bed....but I am still feeling the rage. I can't believe any human can be allowed to coerce and to demean another in this way - and it evident this has gone on for yrs. No wonder NO one ever believed me! I am actually a simple woman and this man took my words and molded them to suit his own needs. If this has happened with every suspect in the last 30 yrs - no wonder the case has never been solve. I can't believe this man has been allow to do this and that someone has not stopped him. I am sure if he kept telling me that NO NO that can't be who was I to argue with the MAN on the GROUND. I do KNOW that the people who dug Symba up asked about the route and mention the wrong river and I-5. I told them I didn't know the names of the places Duane took me to and since I had come back from WA did not feel what I had been told to say was right. They were not the right places. I have lived to REGRET not following my gut and standing up for myself... I am not going to go back and make any changes to this post. I have bared my heart and soul here tonight, but I am free. The MAN on the Ground is a manipulator and user not to mention another word that rhymes. Since he has supposedly been involved in other parts of the Cooper search - how much damage has this man done to the case. How many others like myself have been silenced...thru his efforts? All he wants is to destroy anyone's efforts other than his own - this is RIDICULOUS. If when I sign on tomorrow the thread has been closed - I understand, but I really hope the TRUTH does survive. I feel that if I can get the right support and someone to tell the story the way it should be told - and to do some research in the Coure d Alene and Bend area - we will find out that Weber was Cooper...maybe, just maybe it is NOT too late. Jerry - you are the ONE who insisted that the only way we could have gone was to cross the I-5 bridge and YOU gave the river the name - I told you that WAS NOT right. I told you I didn't have a map of the area and tried to explain to you we crossed the Columbia earlier and that we WERE NOT on the OR side and that the road that went NORTH was not I-5. Since you insisted I figured I had to be wrong - I had no map and had not been out there except in 1979. I finally had to give up and accept the things you told me and the names you gave me. Why would I say there was 200K when I had NO idea what was in the bag? It was never in the back seat, but maybe the trunk and I didn't see it untll we were leaving the big Green Tank. Duane did NOT whisper and he told me he was Dan Cooper. He was keeping his voice low, but normal. When i didn't grasp what he was trying to tell the said very loudly "Oh, F--- Let it die with me". You have damaged enough lives and you aren't going to put him in the hospital like you have done me. By the way I didn't say send it to me - I sad a neutral 3rd party.. You suggest you have an attorney and a bonds man available - the only things you understand are threats and intimidation. You come near me and I will have you arrested, because I think you are a dangerous man. Everyone knows I received a call from someone claiming to be Tina and since I do not have caller ID I never knew if it was really her. NO one had the number she called me on and I had provided it to her only about 2 wks before the call....it was my husbands PRIVATE number...and I never used it for Cooper communication until after he died in 2007. He gave me permission to use the number as a contact number for Tina.

A two party conversation can be taped legally, only if ONE of the participants consents to the taping. This means; if I am speaking with you on the phone and tape the conversation it would be legal. On the other hand, if you are engaged in conversation with another party, and your neighbor has installed a recording device to listen to your conversations, that would be illegal. These tapes he is talking about were made before - 2001 and early 2002 and in the state of FLA it was illegal to record a conversation without my explicite permission and then it would have been for the purpose I recorded things - so I could make my notes about the conversation. Right now I am not interested in the legal aspect of this - but the content he claims is there. Since Jerry has a history of misinterperting to his benefit I want to hear them with both sides of the conversation intact. Jerry didn't even bother to listen to the Radio interview done before I went to WA. Why is the story I tell there the same I wrote in an email to the producer on the documentary BEFORE I did the segment? Before I went to WA in 2001! I have dated hard copies of these emails. The radio segment is on your computer and it was done in 2000 and it was the first time I had EVER spoke about the Cooper thing publically. This is to be done privately - and NOT publically as he does NOT remember giving you permission to record the conversation..nor the things you claim he said. Do not contact him by phone ...his blood pressure is BOILING right now along with mine. Folks, I have not the time or the energy to do the time lines and the history of Duane's employment to show that NOTHING in this "story by Knoss" is accurate. This is ALL fiction by Knoss - he has even used a name I enquired about - which he explicitly told me he had never heard of. Then suddenly a few months later he applied this name to one of the many aliases he has provided McCoy. The real man by that name was NOT McCoy - and was a real person who I met and whose information was given to the FBI to include his phone number and address (he is now deceased). ORANGE: This was the name of a REAL man in Duane's past. He really existed - he owned property and he knew Duane as John. You picked out this ONE thing, but this man really did exist! Weird - Right!
