The money was retrieved from at least one location and maybe 2 locations in 1979 when Duane was out there in 1979. One location would have been near THE DALLES - he left me in a motel that morning after rising at 6;30 and told me to sleep in and he would be back before check out. He did not get back until several minutes after check out and was soiled. Had to clean up. He also disappeared for several hours on our last day in Seattle. He was late and I called the guys to see if they knew were he was. The last time they saw him was noon that day and it was time to go to the banquet. He arrived with bearly enough time to change clothes and freshen up. I accused him of drinking and he blew in my face to prove he had not been drinking - he was very Giddy....this is when I made the pic I have labled Giddy. BULL! Duane did NOT mention a Milk Can and the FARM was NOT on the RIVER. When I was talking to you yrs ago, I told you about a farm with what appeared to be a milking station (it was NOT on the river, but a place I later learned was Lake LaCames in 2001). In a later conversation you were going on and on about a milk can - I told you emphatically that Duane NEVER mentioned a MILK CAN. I told you about a place on the River, BUT that was on the RETURN trip and it was NOT a dairy farm. I did tell you about a river location on the Columbia - a place across from the PDX and Duane told me there used to be a house there. The Rails could be seen from this site. The Crew in 2001 took me to a house on the Columbia, with an open Garage or Storgage plus in walking distance of a location Duane took me to. The daughter told me her father kept his work clothes hanging out there and when I mentioned the BUCKETS in the back the daughter she told me her Dad always kept Buckets that his supplies came in. THESE were NOT milk Buckets.

I just read an Article in the Pensacola News Journal about your father. Never met him and I am not a jumper, but your father was a very very brave man. He put the safety of those jumpers before himself. He was a hero doing what he loved to do.

There was a hot air balloon tragedy in Ga. in the last few days. Edward Ristaino died in a Hot Air Balloon. 5 skyjumpers survived because he saw what was coming and found a field at 4000 ft and told them to GO. He did not have a chute and when this thing hit him it shot him up 17k or 18K and the balloon collapsed and twisted into a streamer. He was making transmission until he could see the tree tops. They did NOT find his body for 3 days. This happened at a festival in Fitzgerald, Ga. He saved the lives of the jumpers and the jumpers did NOT realize the seriousness of the situation. One skydiver said he regreted NOT strappjng the pilot in with him when he jumped, but did not realize how dire the situation was. The pilot of the balloon did not have a chute. Produce the news article you claimed existed - regarding Duane's wife's supposed theft from the apartments! You can't! Not because anything was covered up, but because it never happened! Actually NO ONE is a good one because with all of the bickering and garbage recently NO one wants to continue to read this. There are those in Cooper World who think I live in a fantasy world (namely Jerry Thomas) and that I am making things up. Anyone who knows me knows I have a hard time lieing to someone. White lies to spare feeling - I am ok with this. Lies to smoke someone like Knoss - yea, anytime! That is exactly how I smoked him before. The only things I have of proof are the emails to Doug with a copy of Knosses Email to show the BAIT and to see if Knoss took it and ran with it. 2 yrs of the relationship with Knoss was before I got a computer so there was only phone calls. At first I didn't know what to think of him. I thought he might be real - but his story NOW is nothing like it was yrs and yrs ago. If I felt like it I would go thru the old notes and pull things, but I just do not have the get up and go to get up and fight this. I really and truely wish someone would sue Knoss because of all of his accusation. These people have families even if they are not still alive. I have always tried to be careful - perhaps too careful. I have tried to respect the wishes of other families Duane had. One wife - it was imperative to use her name because she kept changing it during the same yrs. Duane was John Collins yet she always told me she didn't know his name was Duane Weber until he was released from Jefferson. Duane Weber caused a lot of grief for a lot of people over the yrs. His parents, his brother and sister, the military, his step-children from 2 of the marriages suffered because of Duane. Children he actually fathered I have been unable to find and wives I could not find. My search is coming to an end, because I have run out of time. I can no longer deal with the likes of Jerry T and Knoss. Blevins is ok because if the FBI ever reveals who Cooper was - yrs from now his book will sell the same way individuals seek out Himmelsbach's and Tosaw's books. It is a sense of immortality for Blevins and he does say he can not prove Christiansen was Cooper. Wonder what would have happened if Blevin had been on board with me when Weber was made a suspect in 1996. Since Weber's past is so Convoluted or complicated - It is no wonder NOT even the FBI can unravel his past. NO one - not even the FBI will touch the yrs between 1962 and 1966... I have made arrangements for a young man to take possession of all of the research. I won't be alive forever. My life for the past yr has evolved around Drs. Surgeons, MRI's, CT's, Pets and now because of an abnormal MRI I will be having a BONE SCAN made. This is NOT a bone density! It is WAIT and WAIT some more. The FOOT PRINTS have come a little late for me. I had hoped to go looking for the last FOOT PRINT on my own. NOW that may not be possible. I was afraid someone who actually did not know Duane might not recognize the footprint when they saw it....and like the FBI's search just ignored. Too tired to continue this with Knoss and "his milk can story" and the rest of all of this. I am tired of spending my energy defending myself against these kind of people while the FBI sits on the truth about WEBER. Knoss was responsible for the FBI pushing Duane out - because he was the one threatening and claiming conspiracy from the beginning. The FBI did NOT want a suspect with that kind of connection. After the FBI wrote Duane off with only a finger print (I still claim the finger prints they have of Weber are not the prints of WEBER). When Duane died they did NOT make prints before cremation. We have found NO prints on file for Duane - it was very obvious the FBI did NOT want Duane's prints from Jefferson made public - they continued to use prints supposedly those of Weber from 1944 in a file they originally told me DID NOT EXIST. Matt and Blevins - Both of you want to discredit Knoss and you will accomplish this faster by co-operating with each other. Wish I could add to it, but all I have are my notes when Knoss and I first connected and then some email "baits" I exchanged with him - these were always followed with a CC to Doug Pasternak so I would NOT be hung out to dry with the "crap" I was feeding Knoss. I don't remember what yr Knoss first contacted me, but it WAS BEFORE I got a computer and why some of it is only notes written in my planner. His story was simple back then and now it has "evolved" into something he created in his mind. The only things I could investigate was by talking to the ex who was still alive at that time. She did NOT know Knoss and she said Duane was NOT in the area at the time Knoss claimed. Knoss even claimed the ex-wife stole money from the apartment - which she DID not do. Knoss claimed there was a write-up in the newpaper. Gray was NEVER able to find this write-up nor any arrests reports. After Knoss realized he had a captive audience he was calling anyone who would listen and the FBI. Knoss made a nuisance out of himself with the co-pilot and the co-pilot's family. When Grey was doing research for his book he made a serious mistake of spending a few days checking Knoss's story out. My last contact with the co-pilot was when Grey was with Knoss. The co-pilot was upset (he had some serious problems going on in his personal life). He could NOT deal with this and asked that I give Grey a message - which I did. He told me to tell Grey to STOP calling him and to stop leaving messages.. Grey's visit with Knoss cost him a private interview with the key witness - the Co-pilot. Knoss had been calling direct members of the co-pilots family and interferring with their lives. This conversation took place I believe WHILE Grey was with Knoss and before he came to see me. Please STOP trying to confuse the FACTS of the case and stop re-writing your book. It is pathetic...if you had a reputation as a writer - you have destroyed it by changing and changing a story. When a book is written and published - I do NOT expect to see constant rewrites. This whole thing has gotten RIDICULOUS with your constant re-writes and questions you should already know. The MAIN reason I NEVER allowed anyone to WRITE a book about Weber. I want the truth - not a fabrication. Stand up and be counted. The only way to do that is to HOLD the line. Robert I am just using your post to counter the things Knoss is claiming. Knoss stated: I would have NO knowledge of where Cooper landed or when he jump. I do know a crew member stated in an interview immediately after landing in Reno they believed Cooper jumped in the FLAT LANDS of WA or OR. All I know what Duane told me and showed me - things that have often been misinterperted by Knoss and others. My conversation with a crew member also - indicated this over 30 yrs after the event. At least one of the crew stuck by what was originally stated to the media and the FBI. I think a statement made by a crew member after landing in Reno is important. Knoss stated: I will REPEAT this again for the umpteenth time. Knoss came up with the Milk Can Story only because I told him about a farm Duane took me to and the building in the front seemed to me to have been a milking station at one time. The damn Farm was near Lake LaCames NOT WEST of the Interstate. Months later Knoss was tooting his milk can story. This was one of the times I called him yrs ago to tell him to go jump in a lake (how about the ocean without a chute or floatation device). At that time I read him the RIOT act - I was mad as hell because of the stories he was telling and the fabrications he made. The area I tried to describe to Knoss and others is NOT WEST of the flight path. Even Jerry tooted a similar story. Most of what Duane showed me on the trip to Seattle was EAST of the Interstate running from Seattle to Vancouver. Duane did take me West of the Interstate to an area in OR across a bridge and then back to the interstate in Wa and then to Vancouver and along the Columbia River on the trip back from Seattle. All of you already know the places he took me along the river at that time including an industrial area near Tena's bar and then along the River West and turning back to the East before we made our final stop in Vancouver at the Red Lion. This dairy FARM was in the CAMAS area NOT West of the Interstate, but near Lake LaCames. Knoss's story about a milk can is pure fabrication and NOT part of my story. Knoss persists in making these statements about West of the flight path and the milk can story - it is pure BULL! He distorts everything anyone tells him. Knoss has probably never been to WA and toured the areas Duane took me on! No one knows the exact route, but me, myself and I. Even I could not put ALL of it together on my 15 day trip in 2010 - the only part I could NOT find was the place in the woods the tower had been in. The things Duane showed me - does substanciate the crew members notation about the flat lands in 1971 immediately after the plane was on the ground. I believe this was the first National TV report after the plane landed. Makes one wonder WHY the FBI started looking so far North. I have not viewed many of the clips from the days in 1971 and was shocked at something I just realized. Not only did Duane utilize me and there is something you have to see. It is in regards to Tina Mucklow and I will have to dig up a photo I will send to you. Hopefully you will see what I see and I am not happy about what I see. Not only was it my name Duane thought might come in handy someday which he learned on our first meeting, but something even more strange and because it is very personal I do not and will not make it public information. Not one post did I find where FarFlung made information available to the public that was detrimental to Jerry, yet Jerry kept insisting it was here - threaten to expose FarFlung Sluggo and Jerry both really dropped the ball posting private information on the thread. I never forgot when "someone" posted the name and address and phone number for Tina's "husband". I laughed my head off for several post while I played along pretending to believe what was being said about calling this "ex-husband of Tina's" and quoting what he supposedly said. I KNEW that was NOT Tina's husband. I knew his REAL name, but did NOT know nor was I interested in where he currently was. ]At the time of that post I had Tina's divorce records...but, you guys did NOT know this. I did entertain the idea he may have changed his name. It was one of my HA HA moments. I had it and I wasn't talking...but, I played the game with whoever was posting at the time. I am not and have NEVER said that Duane was any part of a pre-boarding security. The only person who has ever made a claim to that is Knoss - NO ONE ELSE. Duane was involved in some "stuff" - but, I do not and have NEVER thought the Skyjacking was connected in anyway to the airlines nor have I ever supported Knoss's theory. Look at the tie pic one more time and you will realize the statement you made makes absolutely NO sense. Under HIGH magnification you can see part of the gold bar...and the tac is anchored from left to right - as part of the gold bar is under the lapel of the jacket. There are other white spec but very minor and this one is exactly where the tie tac was plus you can see some highlights that would be the gold tones. This is the kind of response I expected from some of you, but we have found a footprint. There are a lot of people who just WANT WEBER to go away and for their own reasons. I guess they are living off of Garage Sales and Flea Markets Sold personal items for $1500 Works for American Income but make little money - 1099 reflect about a total of about $2300 for whole yr (this was Commissions reporte on 1099). Wife: The Singer Company Robinson Skipper (Columbia S.C) Total Income for both was $3733.17. This was a short simple file with NO expenses deducted. That $3733.17 was their TOTAL income. Now move on to 1972, but I can only tell you what I have heard from the ex-wife before she died. Early 1972 - they purchase 2 (TWO) new cars (I do have pictures of the 2 cars). Filing date is when she said she went back to him. Feb. 17 1972. She had told me she went to Lawrence in Nov of 1971 and he called her to come back in Feb. 1972. yet they divorce in May 1972 and he moves her to KS and then to CA. According to her he paid for the move. He even flew the daughter out there at a later date...but, do not know what yr. For a guy who had no money he sure was doing a lot of things in 1972. He also loaned his boss $5,000 on a note. Where the hell did he get 5K. Yea, I know the answer. Duane Weber was a thief. I would say he was a pretty good thief to be able to buy 2 new cars and loan his boss 5K in 1972 after virtually making nothing the yr before. He even remarries immediately in 1972 (mid yr). His new wife had a home - Papers on house - indicates money spent to add 2 rooms and drill two wells - I assume this is the home the new wife had that burned down during the fair in 1972. The story I heard is that someone broke in looking for something they thought he had and then set fire to the structure. How much of that is true I do not know. I only know what he told me and what little is in the 1972 taxes he filed with his new wife. He did NOT report the 2 new cars he bought while still with the ex-wife 1972. Presumably she like myself knew little of his past. Duane left a lot of victims along the way thru out the yrs. From 1972 until 1977 - he hurt a lot of people according to the stories I have heard, yet the man who I met in 1977 and married in 1978 was just not what he has been portrayed as by others from 1972 to 1977. He spent a lot of money in those yrs 1972 to 1977 and took a lot of trips with his new wife - they were dressed to the hilt in the pictures I saw. Duane was a man of many looks and personalities. The ex before me - thought he was a horrible monster and bastard, but the one prior to him thought the sun rose and set with Weber. She even tried to kill herself when he finally left her in 1972, Strange thing - 1972 the ex and Duane went to N.Y for New Yrs, Both of them slipped up and told the story about N.Y. I questioned the ex about this and she realized she had been caught with her hand in the candy jar. If she was NOT with him how did they go to N.Y. for New yrs 1972! She sent me the pictures and had something else for me before she died. I was not letting her have my phone number with my new husband because when I was living on my own she would call me at 1AM and 2AM at home and I had to be at work a 9AM. Therefore I would call her about every 3 months to see how she was doing as her health was failing. I will never forget the last time I called her after she went into an assisted living and later took a fall and broke her hip. She BEGGED me for my phone number and address so she could send me something. The next time I called the nurse picked up the phone...the nurse who answered was with her when she died suddenly 2 hours before. I never got to say good-bye nor did I ever find out what she had to send me. She had sent me the pictures I have - before going into the assisted living. I just could not trust her NOT to call me in the middle of the night after I remarried in 2002 - I think that hurt her feelings, but I hope she understood. Her favorite expression when talking to me was said affectionately thru a lot of alcohol - "You little Shit Face I ove you". Her voice was one you would remember and her expressions and choice of verbage. I played a tape over the phone for Max - he was sure the ex and Clara were one and the same. It was then he asked me how to find her. After he returned from CA. he sent me a farewell letter - I think he found Clara and that was his goal. This has been a long chase, but now the chase is over. Wonder if Bobby Kennedy had a set? YEA! He wore cheap stuff on the open road - because people were alway ripping his cuff-links off grabbing at him. There was one clip of him on a Wagon in the steet and people grabbing his arms. I don't remember the words, but I remember the pictures - just like I remembered the trip and the place Duane took me.
