You would have to see this file yourself to understand this. I took a long time for it to sink in with me. But What I said is what happened. When he was arrested in CA. they found he was wanted in Columbia. He was sent to San Quentin and then transferred to Folsom - THE FILE show he served both TERMS in CA and the Columbia warrant was cancel. The only thing we can figure out about this old file is that what I said. His Father was very ill and obviously the outstanding Warrant in Columbia was forgiven and he served time in Folsom to accommodated this. Basically this is what the brother told me and this is how the file reads. He oviously escaped or ran-away while incarcerated in Columbia or on a Work Farm. But there is another FLAW. Duanes mother died May 9, 1958. This means he was in prison when she died. NONE of the MAKES ANY SENSE! Impossible to be in 2 places at one time. Like I said - anyone who wants to come here and see this stuff - Please Do! I have promised to hold the documents securely because they were obtain without the FBI knowing how we acquired them for me. Sluggo saw them, but if anyone wants to contact Doug Pasternac and get his permission I will arrange for you to have a copy or he will do so. We have ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of how the St. Pete Fl arrest was handled - other than he had to have been sent back to CA because of his parole violation. NO ONE has been able to uncover what they did about the ST. Pete incident. I have looked at this over and over and it make no sense. IT DID until the ST.PETERSBURG FL incident was throw in to the Heap by someone on the forum. I forgot who found this arrest. I wish someone - anyone could unravel what happened. The dates MAKE no sense - but the records are the record and the ST. Pete article is NOT made up by anyone on this thread. That arrest actually happened. Guys I canNOT explain it and the FBI canNOT explain it. NO one has been able to explain it. I threw the ST. PETE thing at the FBI after you guys found it and of course I know it was true because Duane took me to Treasure Island - and he told me a story about a GUY he used to know. That guy was the same guy arrested in St. Pete and it was Duane speaking of himself in 3rd person. How in the world could I ever forget what he said. When asked about his occupation and he stated "Crook, I guess". The told Doug and other all I could remember about Duane and what he told me. It was in this thread that I realized he told me about his life, but in 3rd person. I had told others about the "Crook" story and remembered how I laughed. I said "That was stupid" to Duane. When that story showed up in this thread - I nearly freaked OUT that night. The fact that if happens after he was paroled and during a time I thought he was still in SanQuentin and Folsom is another reason to question this - WHAT THE HELL! At the time it was presented I thought maybe Sluggo had something to do with it and it was fake - but, it was real. I had not told you guys that the dates on the prison records made NO sense with this Fla.arrest. What did the authorities do - send him by to CA? Obviously, but why was that NOT reflected in the file we received. There was NOT one word about ST. Pete, Fl on that damn file. In fact without Doug's permission I will have a copy of that file made and a copy of the St. Pete Article (I think someone on this thread has a better copy of the St. Pete incident that I do). NOW do you guys see WHAT I mean. The FBI didn't understand Duane's records nor do I nor to any of you - when you see the file and the ST. Peter article you should be raising some eyebrows. By the way we all know this was ALL before 1959, but BK doesn't get it...he lives in 1968 and he is stuck there...Wish there was a way to send him back to 1968...sure would have made my life a lot easier for the last 12 plus yrs. I am actually glad I posted this about Duane's prison record - HOPE now someone SEE's there is SOMETHING wrong with all of this. If the FBI actually had investigated Weber, they too would have become aware of this, but they NEVER mentioned it. I did contact them - but no comment - they would "get back to me". You all know what that means - "We hope you die first" or perhaps "It will be a cold day in Hell". I do NOT exist when it comes to the FBI. They see right through me!

I went back to the notes - I should have used the word Paroled not Pardoned. Remember I have little knowledge of the criminal system. I had to go BACK to the notes and the NOTES taken from a phone conversation say "Paroled" not pardoned. I am a simple person when it comes to this kind of thing - never thought about Pardon and parole being 2 different things. I think most of you realized what I meant. By 1959 he is on the other side of the states - Pa. He had family there (an uncle who was still living and aunt). But not too long after that he is Colorado at Canon City Prison and not release there until 1962. I will be happy to have the documents copyied and sent to you to see if anyone can pull anything off of them the prison system was unable to . They even mention a scar on his hand and his tattoos. His mother was dying and on dialysis and need he to stay with her - guess they thought that suitable punishmen. His father had died while Duane was in San Quentin. I think the first is "Personnel action report" second is "For Review" third "Folsom" could also be abbreviation for "Parole after release, for review...Folsom State Penitentiary" PAR AD "Parole Administrator" Basic Government/Correction: abbreviation/acronyms 7-22-55 Folsom (he had been moved to Folsom from SanQuentin). The Columbia he escape from was added to this term and servered concurrently because he had family in CA rather than send him back to Columbia. 3-18-57 (reads PAR.FR.FOL) this means Pardon from Folsom. Three months later he is inviolation of the terms and we believe sent back to Folsom. 7-29-57 Arrested in St. Pete, Fl What we do not know is if he spent more time in Folsom or the family pulled string for him to do his remaining time at the house of his mother (the family records indicate this happened). Serving Parole from his home. 5-59 reads REINS. & DISCHARGE This means he was released from parole and discharged. We could never figure out what the REINS ment. I was told it he was discharged from parole and a feer man. Because right after that he is in his mothers home in CA. documented by a letter from the brother. Face it 3 months later he is arrested in St.Pete Fla and whe have that. Ovioulsly sent back to CA because his mother was dieing. Even the old prisons could not translate all of this for us. The time changes caused this not to make the local newspapers and turned the TV on about an hour ago. My daughter attended Littleton High School and I have friends who live in the Aurora area. I immediately called them and this theater is in walking distance of their home. Helicopters have been over-head all day. This horrible thing is touching so many and I cannot shake the goose bumps. Young lives taken away - because of our corrupt society. We all need to take a moment of silence and take those families into our hearts. Locally there have been random shootings by young people. The domestic violence is taking over and it time Americans take stock. My heart breaks for the families of those killed and those injured. This has to stop, but what do we do and how do we make changes before the US becomes even more corrupt. Stop some of the corruption at the polls this yr. Go Vote and in the mean time take time to reach out to a person who is troubled or acting strange. The signals are always there - but society chooses to turn their head and individuals do NOT want to get involved because of the consequences. Is there any place that is SAFE any more? Prison Record that is! Grey couldn't get Duane's prison record straight nor could the FBI agent Carr nor the agents before him. 7-22-55 Folsom 3-18-57 (reads PAR.FR.FOL) this means placed on parole. 7-29-57 Arrested in St. Pete, Fl 5-59 reads REINS. & DISCHARGE This means he was released from parole and discharged. I have the records of ALL of the above and more. Who in the thread found the St. Pete article? The brother sent me letters and information stating Duane was living with his mother in March of 1957 after being paroled from Folsom. Yet, the St. Pete article puts Duane in Florida in July of 1957 and they mention he is in violations of parole in Ca. What does the file mean by 5/59 REINS. & DISCHARGE? Did his mother buy yet another charge off. The GOLD coin in the possession of Weber belonged to his deceased father...not stolen. Note there were NO follow-ups on the St. Pete news item. Now let us put another item in the mix. 1959 - Duane was in PA. Anyone remember the crazy part of Grey's book toward the end. Remember when Grey discusses - Cugie? Duane's old wallet contained an old news article about Cugie. Not sure if Grey mentions this in the book...but he quotes the article about Cugie in his book (if I remember the book correctly). Note I do not go back to the books and study them - I can make mistakes. I do know that in my home the article fasinated Grey and I felt it was useless as the FBI didn't seem to have an interest in it. In Gray's book he CLAIMS to be communicating with a man who was supposedly undercover. Was this actually KNOSS. It could have been and Grey perhaps snookered by BK one more time. That is NOT how you spell Ralph's last name! I called JT tonight - he must have been drinking. I wanted to know what happened to his claim to have contacted the FBI about a Polygraph. He claimed I never agreed to do one - and I did. He starts in with stating I did not agree to do one and if I was going to answer the questions correctly. He was specific about how I was I going to answer the one about Duane throwing money off a bridge. As I told him I never said Duane threw money off a bridge. If I did it would have been in theory AFTER the fact. In 1979 - Cooper was mentioned ONE time on that trip. Money was NOT discussed until I he said we were going to Tahoe and I wanted to know if we could afford it. I hung up on JT! 1. Duane threw a paper sack into the Columbia behind the Red Lion in Vancouver. I have never claimed to have had knowledge Duane threw "money" into the river. If I had known there was money in the sack in 1979 when we were in WA - does not one think I would have been puzzled by that? I theorized there was money in it because of the money find. A find I knew little about - because I did NOT get to read the news article in 1980 - he took it with him that morning. 2. A bridge JT denied I had never been on was off of I-5 that went over to Oregon. He knew I didn't know "shit" about WA in 1998 when he was talking to me and I had NO maps of the area. In 2010 I found the damn bridge and it was off of I-5 before we got to Vancouver. When I crossed the bridge in 2010 being behind the wheel of a car - I knew I had been there. I remembered the large area on my left after getting across the bridge and the store that was there...and we drove on down the Oregon side to a couple of small towns and then we went back the way we had come - this is when we stopped at a convenience store to relieve ourselves. Whatever he threw out at that time was going back to I-5 in WA. 4. JT argued with me about this from 1997 to 1998. I did NOT understand time and space in relation to memories. After I found it all by myself in 2010 and made a venture to that little town where Duane had taken me. The old antique store was still there in 2010. It had been taken over by a new owner and I tried to find the prior owners daughter. Duane ahd told me he used to know the woman who owned the store. 5. I would then find out this was the same town the "boys" had been from. The town where Cooper's Garage was located. The son's of the owner were among the very 1st investigated by the FBI. Your post is a bit confusing, but basically realistic. Hope we all get to learn what you found regardless of if it has to do with Cooper or something else altogether. Was the 24-50 yrs old information on line or in "other" forms of files? What I have been looking for in WA, OR and ID is not online - why I REALLY need to get back to WA. Therefore old paper trails are hard to follow and unless you live in the area, but some are completely destroyed by flood, fire or other means. Archived newpapers are one source and archived records in small towns (they never put it all on a computer or copied it). If the information was considered trivial and not of historic significance and over so many yrs old and regarded only a minor offense, it is sometimes lost forever. Historian go back and research old archived papers when they are available and they know what paper the article was in. Most resources in the 40's to the 70's only microfished articles of interest and only a few actually kept archived newpapers in a warehouse. Often the warehouse caught fire or flooded and the papers destroyed. A lot of history is lost in this manner. Glad you were able to accomplish your goal - Cooper related or personal or just business. Just about the time I have enough energy to present all of those pics in a reasonable order and ask someone to help me with them. Bob K starts all of his CRAP again and again and again. What is with this man? If anyone is a deterent in the investigation of Weber - it has been BK. He is the reason the FBI back off of WEBER. Still hoping beyond all hope that someone will take those pics and present them in a flyer (in an order) so others could understand what I have been saying for yr. Duane Weber was a Chameleon. I had 2 pics (never made public) I showed Grey and he wanted Copies - but they disappeared. I never found those 2 photos (taken in one of the boxes they have in a mall). They Went POOF! They were in the bottom of an envelope with the other pics I had put on disks for Grey, but they went POOF. The last time I saw them was when Grey told me he wanted copies of them. I am sure I had them with the other pics - but, like other things they will probably show up. If these 2 gangster looking photos show up in the media. Look OUT! I do not give a HOOT! I just want them to REALLY look at what I have. If in 40 yrs they haven't been able to match the DNA or the prints - it is highly likely the evidence was NOT evidence and the DNA they have was NOT Cooper's (if the only thing they have is the tie). If they have those cigarette butts - that is another story. Perhaps they do have the butts and the tie - and conflicting DNA's? Georger, you supposedly represent yourself as being on the inside of the FBI knowledge so tell us why they do NOT have the butts or claim they do not have the butts. Could it the two DNA's are totally different? Can they detect heritage - such as race and/or the racial heritage of individuals several generations back? Just wanted to know if any of you took the time to look at the photos and put them in order and see what I see - Duane transformed from boy to man to boy and then to man again. I was very serious about someone actually trying to put these photo on a page in the order I provided with my explanations of each and actually LOOK at them. I haven't got MUCH time left to get the FBI to really look and I need some help. Very serious right now and I am very upset about somethings unrelated to Cooper and Weber. Please help me with this Cooper thing Please! No more playing around and no more time to deal with the likes of Knoss. Things have not been going well here. I am just hoping beyond all hope the FBI will actually provide me with resolutions about Duane Weber's past. I need CLOSURE and I need it soon. Please help me in any way you can. Look at the stuff and help me get it to the FBI in a format they cannot ignore - PLEASE! There is NO more time for games - Please help me get this into a format the FBI has to study and to provide answers too. Please NO cocky replies to the post. If this was one of those TV programs like BONES - the images would be up on some kind of 3-D program with a photo enchancement and recognition program showing the pictures are all of the same man - but how could that be? #1.This is Duane around age 24 yrs of age - it is the best guess we have. We know the picture was made before he went to San Quentin and Folsom 1951 and long before he went to Canon in 1960. Therefore we can guess at the date around 1945 and 1949. #2. This is the intake photo for Canon taken in 1960. #3. The photo found in the CANON FILE. The original was in the prison file - I hope they didn't destroy it because I would love to have it. The official did NOT know how or why that photo was in his file. #4. Now to the out-take photo taken in 1962. Note his attire and his standing positions and his profile (back to looking how he looked in the #1 photo). All I have is the bad copy, but it is the best Doug could get from the prison. #5. Now I want to take you back to his navy pic - note how he stands. #6. Now we go to the CO Camino Camp pic - the second from the left - a guy identified as Marvin and also Melvin in the same article. Relatives said this person was NOT their relative and he was never at Camino. #7. Another pic from Camino showing the man from #6. I am going to present these in a sequence and hope you guys understand what I and Doug found so STRANGE - I am sure it is just the angles of the camera, but it is difficult to believe the sequence - but Prison File don't lie do they - especially if they are dated. If there is someone out there with the abilities of FarFlung and could put all of these in the correct sequence on one page with the back and forth appearance of Weber - then please send it to my private email and if it is correct - I want that amazing guy to post it so one is not seeing it pic by pic but the whole picture. WA State Patrol ID and Criminal History Section: The repository for fingerprint based arrest submission for the entire state of WA. The records only date back to 1974. Was referred to the Dep. of Corrections and WA. gov - places I had already been. On the 16 of May 2000 I am communicating with Doug Pasternak. This email discusses all of the things a certain other person would later claim I told him differently, but we are digging into Duane past. The 1962 photo of Duane's release is studied. The clothes he had on - looked like a vagrant versus the other picture that was found in the Canon file of Duane ALL dressed up and looking completely different than the release photo. It was like a transformation was made - the man that went in versus the young boy they released (he did look boyish in that release photo). We also note that the way he holds the glasses in the picture was the same way he handled a smoke. We discuss Duane's SS record. No income was reported for Weber until from 1960 to 1968...and we were never able to obtain the SS record for John Collins the alias he used during those yrs. It was an established fact (from the exwife) that Duane worked for an insurance company and they lived in Overland Park in 1964. They are on the run in 1965 before he is arrested in 1966. She told me the circumstances of the arrest in Cleveland in detail including what Duane was doing when the FBI showed up. WAIT and SEE - BK will pipe in on that! A man from Duane's past contacts me and asked me questions - he made me feel uneasy the same way I felt when the guy in Mobile talked to me. Opening Pandora's BOX is the gest of this - and the same as when the Mobile guy told me to "Leave the Past in the Past - your husband knew people in high places". I back track regarding Duane being released from prison in 1962 and yet he is seen in Miami in 1962 by a friend of the family who reported this to Duane's brother. This family accounting is documented in a letter sent to the brother and one he sent to me. THIS has ALWAYS BEEN A SOURCE OF REASON TO BELIEVE Weber could have been involved in "STUFF" from 1962 to 1968. The FBI would hear NONE of this and INVESTIGATED NONE of this. Had the FBI have listened to me and informed me of what John Collins was and what he was doing - the STUFF regarding this part of Weber's life would never have been explored. THIS is when the Covert STUFF came into place....the FBI would not or could not tell me about Duane's life from 1962 to 1968. I was told NOTHING until THE Jefferson file was destroyed and the only things left of John Collins was what was on-line The FBI was WHY the covert thing existed in the first place - NOT me...closed sealed records? He tries to make the public think his story is "The Story". I have not read or heard about any of his "witnesses" being visited by the FBI and they went silent after the video was done. If the FBI took any actions they sure kept it quiet. His story is just a BOOK and that is all. Back to my logs: May of 2000 I am talking to a man by the name of Johnson with the WA. government. I enquired about any work camps or forestry work being done in with McNeil prisoners or with Camp Bonneville. During the yrs 1942 - 1945 there was a shortage of man power due to the war...and much of the Local Gov. labor was provided by "others". I also enquired about The Nickels who trained in the area and if any of the state services would have worked along with them. Was told the yrs I enquired about predated the Dep of Corrections. Work Camps and Prioson were obperated by the Dept of Social and Health Services. McNeil was a federal operation. Note: I was directed to 2 other sources - Deputy Secretary VonHeeder and the Larch Mountain Honor Camp. The Larch Mt Camp did work in connection with all of the above. No information could be provided on Camp Bonneville. I would later learn from a local in the Washougal area - who claimed workers where housed at the camp at times due to necessity - regarding transportation time for road crews...from outside of the area and they were NOT military. Ditto on THAT ONE! May of last yr. major surgery went like clock work and all of the proper procedures done before hand and the necessary test. January of 2012 was completely different. I did not get to meet with the anethesiologist nor did they do anything other than a blood test. They had surgery patients lined up in one very very large room with no petitions other than curtain. It was a mad scary place to be. The surgery in April of this yr was a complete fiasco. The IV nurse put in 2 IV's and I told her the first site had been blown the last time because they left the IV in for 4 days and the nurses from the Jan surgery did not remove it for 4 day. I spent 2 wks dealing with a very painful arm after the January surgery..I knew the vein was blown. The April surgery after the "girl" put in the second IV - I told her it was painful and not working. She insisted it was flushing. She used the SAME needle for both sticks. When I was taken to the surgery room they immediately noted the IV was not working and I told them about what the IV "girl" did. When I woke up from surgery the IV had been removed and placed in my hand. 15 days after the surgery I was very very fatigued. I am still fatigued and blood tests show I have mono - NOW what the hell has a 72 yr old done to be exposed to mono. I live a solitary life and say away from people. I wore masks to the stores before and after surgery so I would not pick up a bug and my surgeries be delayed. Now the mono diagnosis is being disputed and I have to see 2 specialist this wk. I have done the 10 days of anitbiotic and only got worse. Energy is limited and lymph nodes swollen in my neck, chest and under my right rib cage (right where the liver is). Stay nauseated and weigh less than I did at age 16. DITTO on the for profit thing - we are already seeing it and my last hospital stay is an example of what is to be expected in the future. What if I have done it? What if I have actually found something? It might be too much too late because the FBI won't even return my call. I am anxiously awaiting for answers to something I have been working on (not thru the FBI). It has to do with Duane's history in WA, OR and ID. If I can just disprove one thing the FBI has presented then I am ON my way - to what I have not got a clue. Let's talk about Cooper - this medicare thing is really scary and makes me very nervous. Many of us see what is ahead, where as others just want to believe what the government is tooting. All those yrs I paid for health insurance and then everyone else jumps on the FREE health care wagon and will leave those who contributed all these yrs and did all the right things with NO care.
