Thank you so very much for the back-up on this issue. I really HATE Bruce & his tactics - but, there was nothing I could do about it. What I can do is CALL him down on the things he writes that are totally inappropriate. Bruce does NOT know how to put himself in the 60's & 70's regarding Kennys life. I have relatives who are gay & I am very proud of them. Even in the 90's it was an issue families wanted to go away... There is NO proof of any inappropriate behaviour by friends or family members regarding Kenny. I therefore feel that Blevins played a card he should NOT have played. Blevins took Seniors & directed them and peppered their words and reactions regarding Kenny. I also know why Blevins focused on this subject. Kenny died after 1990, but I do not know the exact date...but 2 individuals who knew Kenny came to see Weber. Duane asked specifically "How is Kenny doing". The visitors came from WA and horses and Twisp was mentioned by Duane regarding the individuals. That visit & that statement above proved to me - that the person who posted in the 101 was either Blevins or the PI. I believe it was Porteous as the man indicated he was a PI. I did print it out, but do not know if I kept it after I remarried - got rid of a lot of STUFF when I remarried. One of the individuals in the Cooper Saga over the yrs paid me compliment in the last few day. Seems like I have been able to uncover things - NO one ever expected to be uncovered. Some of these things I do NOT write about. I believe COSSEY was killed, but that was MY opinion before they annouced it....I state this because of something I personally experienced...in the days after Cossey's death. Something that caused me to contact the FBI & caused me to be put on alert. I was told in the last few days that too much information can be very dangerous. I had been making enquires in the Portland area regarding the name of a man in the Portland area who had died between 1962 and 1979...using a range without a pin point. I had researched this before coming up blank....now there are lots of things available on the computer regarding deaths in certain location & times - really works. I believe PORTEOUS was a loose cannon ball - or he knew who Cooper was or thought he did. He was posting on 101 using it as bait to see how much I knew, but it was Blevins who took the bait, but at a later date. Porteous misjudged me & his objective was only to profit off of a story about Cooper...he was probably responsible for the brother Lyle going to the media....perhaps Lyle took the bait and Porteous had his hook. Blevins do not comment on this...you only know half of the story - you have been used. It took 2 tries for Porteous to finally place his hook....frankly I think the seed regarding Kenny was made first to Lyle the brother - and then Lyle went with it and that is when Blevins got sucked in. Blevins I agree only with the portions of your post I have stated above. Bruce is BS and he just rides on the coat tails of stories told by others...he interviews people & then does his own twist on things, but I know those individuals kept to facts that are known public facts. Bruce is so naive it is pathetic - the individuals are just telling him facts that were public record...just to get him off their backs. The individuals providing interviews just want this to be over with - & most do not have a clue what the truth really is. Bruce has a way of reporting things in a way that make most of HIS Cooper story repulsive - perhaps because I just happen to know how pathetic Bruce really is as I experienced his obtuse tactics myself. When Bruce is NOT told what he wants to hear or thinks he is entitle to - He makes that person a victim with his horrid writings such as he has done with Kenny, Tina, the co-pilot, Himmelsbach - but, Hately only obliged him to get it over with as did the other guy. If anyone refuses to stand up to his repulsive tactics as I did he uses his pen to assault the person. Note in his writing who he assaults...those who refuse to co-operate with his sick and repulsive ways and are aware of how he will twist the interview for his own purpose. No need to look any further than this thread & the other site to see how SICK Bruce is - the pen is his sword.....when he does NOT get his way...he behaves like a 5 yrs old. I really think that Bruce attempted to interview Cossey and Cossey was having NONE of it. There are individuals who feel they may have been responsible for what happened to Cossey.... I will NEVER elaborate on that. Personally I think Cossey was killed because he had a quick temper...and could be very short with his retorts. Remember that Cossey was a teacher - and he was respected for his expertise in his field. Some individuals do NOT know when to back away & push too hard. His death may have been the results of a heated argument with an individual who accidentally caused his death.....that is my opinion because I knew Cossey well enough to know he took no BS off of anyone. He was even heated on the phone one time with me, but I apologized & told him I would not bother him any more & thanked him for his time. The results was that he sent me some pictures & information I was looking for with a very nice letter. I thanked him for that information with a Thank You card. I kept the chute information with pictures & still treasure the note & the pictures he sent.... pics of hardware and chutes...with his notations...I have NEVER abused his helping me by saying unkind things about him.... Just remembering how Bruce acted makes me sick to my stomach! How he treated me and how he treated other VICTIMS of Cooper should NEVER to tolerated. No family member or crew member should ever have to tolerate his presence....and the freedom of the press allows him to write SICK things about those individuals with no repercussions... Verbal assaults should be treated just like physical assaults. Just wait BS will jump on top of that statement with one of his retorical postings. If he played monopoly with Duane - he would go to jail and stay in jail....think about what the other inmates would do with BS's smirky ways....Big guy or not - Bruce would then learn what it is to be a VICTIM. Adendum to my prior posting: Been looking at maps tonight: I need an OLD map of the area - like the one in our old atlas that I ditched with the vehicle....I sold in 1995. We did NOT go beyond the point the expressway turned...it was before that. They had changed a light so we had to go back to the North parallel with the Express way & then we went East...there was a building and I believe it used to be a hardware store or something like that...he commented on...we were in a business district. Trying to read maps on the computer is very trying...distance - what seems close it too far. Too many yrs & things have changed - if I had an OLD pre-1979 map that would help....If I could go back in time that would help even more.... the memory is not always reliable. If I was actually there - things have changed so much - I am sure I would not recognize a thing. Last night I got carried away & went too far South. Sorry about that. He was heading for Hwy 26, with LOTS of detours. One thru business area....with typical 1950' & 60's business buildings. Where he tells me about a man who died. On this little map I do not see a Sandy Rd coming off of the Historic Columbia River Road off of 84....Evidently Duane has worked in that area...and he commented on the changes.. East of Troutdale. He talked about 3 men who had a cabin on the creek...but of course this map doesn't show a Sandy Creek...It shows a tributary running off of the Columbia, but with NO name. The discussion about the 3 men took place near Hwy 84...just off of hwy 84 earlier. There is a Trout Creek Rd and then a Gordon Creek Rd and the map ends. A tributary from the Columbia I see no way to cross that area to Sandy unless it just doesn't show on this tiny map. This is dated 2009. Going down a road he tells me about Eagle Creek, Estacada. mentions again Goverment Camp, He had told me about this when we where in The Dalles a few day earlier. He tells me about the man with the birds & the airstrip there - always telling me about airstrips. States he knows the man, but we are not going there today. Ralph does NOT recognize any of the picture he has seen of Weber so far. Since Duane knew where ALL 3 of his places were located & specifically pointed them out to me - Duane was probably one of the workers who built the airstrips and installed the Communications system....and paved the strips. A tower & the clearing of the land required CAT and builders of airstrips. I am very aware that Duane had AWARE connections - and one of those was a man who the FBI investigated regarding Cooper. His name was Parks & his widow was Mildred. I believe this Mildred would the same woman I would later meet in FL. but she had remarried and her last name had changed. Duane knew the people & the areas too well not to have spent a lot of time in WA/OR....yet the FBI seems to find NO trace of him! I know iota about chutes - but, if Cooper used the Dummy Chute as his main chute he died that night! Before you claimed the Dummy Chute contained jump boots - now you are saying he used it as a back CHUTE... Please take you medication and go to bed. WE all know you were NOT involved & THAT McCoy had nothing to do with Cooper other than doing a Copy CAT which failed miserably. We had gone off the expressway and turned back to the North...and then he told me about Estacada and Eagle Creek and the man with the birds. In this same time frame he also mention a man was killed not too far from there. I only just REALIZED by looking at the map in front of me THAT SANDY is right there...Oh, my - I have to stop this is making me dizzy. I have to be remembering wrong - this has to be a false memory. It has to be - I have been doing this far too long - this has to be a false memory....Duane knew the guy or he knew the guy who killed him...it was an accident...OH!!!!!! My God - this was never public information - OH, my God. He said more - but, my mind is blocking it out. How could Duane have known that in 1979 - surely there was no news articles about that in the S.E. Maybe someone else told me this story and it is falling in place in the memory banks...but, NO this is the first time in 17 yrs I have had a map with the streets and following it like I would if I was in the car. The ONLY time I was ever there was with Duane - the only time - so it is a actual replay of memories. Maybe I should erase this post, but since I am feeling so funny I will just let it be...been real dizzy and light headed for the last 2 hours. NOW I need to know the name of the man who died - I have a feeling that name will solve at least part of this mystery....at least for me. Do you know what lies on the state line between OR and NV. Well, Duane talked about that one too. Duane knew were EVERY Indian Reservation was. Yes, I know were SANDY is! I also know where Sandy River is and it is how Sandy got its name....but on the back side of the creek there was a road to the creek from the highway. Don't have a map - that would show all of the little roads and the way things were in 1979...but, I will describe it the best I can. Along the old highway in 1979 that ran along the river on the OR side - just after you can see to the WA side the highway bridge on the WA side where there was a marina...you cannot see the marina from the OR. side but can see the tressels and the Marina was in WA. AT that location on the OR side there was a road going South...it said Sandy Creek. NOT Sandy, but there is a town near that called Sandy. Why do I remember all of this - note I did NOT go back to that point in 2010....this is from the trip in 1979....the memory replay! I have the old images so imbedded in my memory - I had to find land marks to guide me on my 2010 venture...but I did NOT go back to this area in 2010...so the memory is untainted. This is the first time I heard you mention Bend, Mrs. Cooper. Your Sentimental Journey is more like the Incredible Never-Ending Journey. If my memory serves me - I discussed the smorgasborg in Prineville and the fact that JT makes a trip to the area shortly after I made the posting MANY YRS ago. I also spoke about the conversation Duane & I had about the boys flying in & out of Redmond....it was the ONE time I asked Duane specifically who the BOYS or GUYS where & what kind of work they did? I thought perhaps it had something to do with the BALLOON searches (That was about all I knew about OR. at that time other than the places he took me on the way to Seattle). Now EVERYONE knows how little you RESEARCH your questions and how little you validate your sordid remarks. His Reply! "It's something I can't talk about." CAT got you tongue? What was stated tonight after I went to bed - I could NOT shake this: "We all – Dwight, Michelle, and I – pushed Hatley for the name, but he wouldn’t budge. However, he did relent a bit & told us that the client was also responsible for another murder, one that occurred in the Sandy, Oregon area. Hatley said, “He got away with that one.” Well, guys guess which road Duane pulled off of Hwy 84 on....Guess! I thought we were headed home on 84 when Duane pulled of the road & what appeared to be a not so used road ...and told me "THAT ROAD leads to a place were 3 guys I used to lived." He mentioned a creek or a river & a cabin. Until tonight after I had gone to bed I sat straight up & said "Sandy Point" out loud, then immediately grab my OR map. That was the road.... The road we turn around at & headed back to Portland when Duane asked me if I wanted to go to Tahoe...... He told me the name of one of the men! Something like Marcel. That road also goes to Government Camp. When we stayed at The Dalles - Duane could easily have drove to Government Camp & back to the Dalles in those 5 hrs.. When we turned back to Vancouver he took the new express way & when he got to a light he said - "they changed the light" so he turned and then went back North again. They had moved the light on him. It was after the turn he mentioned knowing some one who lived in Woodburn & he mentioned Molalla... one of the AWARE group lived there - & she was the woman who did the COOK book for AWARE, while they were overseas. It was at this time he mentioned Estacada & the jump field & all of the birds Ralph had.....but, we were NOT going there. Sure wish I had that map we had in the car - because I was marking it at points. We went thru the forest for a long ways & ended up in Redman & he mentioned the GUYS used to fly into there & they worked in Prineville & he mentions a smorgasborg they ate at. NOW if you guys go back you will find I told this before - it didn't mean anything then but it does now. AS we reached Bend I asked Duane what he did there. This goes back to a time of my postings when Sluggo was here. Duane told me he used to work with some guys, but he couldn't talk about it....and then he clammed up....I was prodding if it had something to do with the Balloons, but I got no where....I could tell it was something he did NOT & COULD not talk about. From that point we went to Burns Junction on 95. He wasn't talking at all then...but did say something about a base of some kind. Just before we reached the NV state line he asked me to look for a town because he was thinking he had made a wrong turn. He mentions more airstrips - I wish I had not lost that map I marked in 1979. So what did SANDY mean to Duane - we didn't even take a bathroom break - but we were younger....back then. HE told me about Government Camp & the boys. He had mentioned Government camp our first night on the road in the Dalles....so it must have meant something to him...and the BOYS. He asked me the name of the town after we cross the stateline. Winnemucca. This is when he started talking about Pyramide Lakes & having known an Indian who live there who was a jumper. We bypassed Reno - thru Carson City to Tahoe. He also talked about some big rocks...that were no longer there. Memory lane - I have walked it one more time & I swore I would not do this again....but, the devil just won't leave me alone tonight. Good Night. Back tracking: To Sandy. P.S. I had thought Sandy point! Three guys Duane knew lived on a creek down that river, but we were NOT going there today. This was the point that Duane looked at me and asked me if I wanted to to Tahoe. Who lived on that Sandy road? Who lived on a creek in that area? "We are NOT going there today" The name seemed Italian - maybe Marcel or Marchello. Could that have been the same man who owned an Italian restuarant in Atl. we went to... the propriortor took me to the kitchen to teach me how to make the dish I fells so in love with. He told me I had to use REAL butter and real cream. I liked that guy - first & only time I was ever in the cooking area of a very nice restuarant. Georger at one time made a post of an obiturary and immediately removed it.... Jack is short for Jaquim. NO one caught this other than myself. It was up just LONG enough for me to copy it. WHY I knew that Georger (JW) knew more than he was telling and why the was always riding me - his entire demeanor changed when he realized knew about Jaquim. Not sure I am spelling it right, but remember that early on I told the story about Duane getting a BOY in trouble and the sound alike names. He was of Indian heritage! He tried to contact me after the article Margie Boule wrote in 2001 and I dissed it....but I never forgot it. All Margie and I had was an email address. The man died after 2004. I had for yrs looked for the sound alike and then the quick obit that Georger put up and took down told me Georger knew more than he was ever going to reveal. Mr. Hatley never discussed the ears and the conversation with Mitchell was before he was given an explanation of the photographs of the day...the ears were the ONLY problem Mitchell had with Weber & the explanation for that I have discussed in the past...so BRUCE be VERY careful what you say. I have COPIES of all written COMMUNICATIONS between Mitchell and myself other than the phone calls that were WAY before the Jefferson photo came to light as presented by Shutter - yrs after the FBI had long dropped the ball. Even Sailshaw corrected you! Poor Mitchell - reported yrs ago exactly what he said --- that he was having a problem with the ears. Duane was known to use dental glue and when his hair was long and the sideburns full - his ears looked just like anyone elses. Look at any pictures made during that same time era - and the ears always looked larger - had a lot to do with position and lighting with the old film. You obviously never looked at group pictures of men from the time era of the pictures of Duane versus pictures taken yrs and yrs later. Duane claimed to have had his ear pinned at one time - I even looked behind his ears when he said that - I did not see anything and did NOT know what I was looking for...or why. The shore line is continually changing along the river an at Tena's bar. Once cannot compare a photos made of the shore line.... Due to dredging & rains & currents the shore line is forever changing... The slant of the shore line depends on the dredging, the rains, and other elements. WELL, that shore line is CONTINUALLY CHANGING. It might look straight on month and the a month later have a slant to it. Hopefully some of you understand how & why they do the dredging & how it changes things... If NOT read up on it YOURSELF or talk to the dredgers & the people who have lived on the river all of their lives! Seems like a lot of Cooper Seekers have NOT done the appropriate research, nor have the ever lived on the river...or in WA full time. I had a nice discussion with 2 members of the Fazio family today. One of the elder Fazio's is deceased and the other is still alive.

Duane Weber told me on our 1979 trip a story about a man he got in trouble....He said he could never go back to that location - which would have been near Coure de lane, Id and Spokane, WA. In that conversation he mentioned these areas. Coeur d'Alen, Hayden, Potlatch Palouse, Pullman, Little Pend and a museum that had a picture of him in it. He mentioned a girl there in one of those places...but, put NO name to her....he got a guy in some trouble and he mentioned an indian reservation...didn't say what kind of trouble! A lot of Rambling about nothing because the dead has no voice. Weber or the man who assisted him cannot speak for themselves and some know part of the story and some know the rest of the story, but will the pieces ever fit together. The 2 individuals are now elderly and live very far apart - each holding a part of the secret...or secrets. A man with a secret - not only Weber, but the man who assisted him either before or after the skyjacking - but was the truth - Weber and the other person buried Cooper. This makes sense with this statement "I got a man in trouble there and I can never go back". Precisely what was he talking about. Yet, in the throes of death Weber talks about that night & how cold it was & how wet his feet where. On our return trip from Seattle he talks about a man who lived in a nice subdivision across the track at one of these locations...in Washougal.....Topper Dr., Lieser Pt, or Image Ln. (All 3 are Clark County). Duane was TRYING to tell me what I needed to know - but, not knowing the area - he had to depend on the clues he left behind...clues that went Poof after the vehicle was sold. He expected me to be able to digest the things he told me - he wanted a recorder, but the recorder didn't work the tape was blank. No idea what you GUYS are talking about....other than you all have Knossitis - Now that is a new disease. I didn't take any pictures after we left Seattle - and there was NO one with us. ALL I have are my memories. The FBI would not even provide me with a lie detector test & NOW I am on so many medications - & with all of the yrs gone by - can anyone understand HOW frustrating all of this is... I lived this life with Duane - and I swear I am not making any of this shit up. If I was looking for a story do NOT anyone of you think I would not have taken one of the deals throw at me....yea, I have had offers - but I didn't like the fact they felt they had to change the story...to make it exciting....or that an old woman's search into the past was NOT important and that they have to change things...and put in things that are NOT true... I did ask for help on this subject yrs ago - but there were NO takers. One person contacted me & it sounded like Knoss playing another part - his story was too close - there couldn't be 2 Knosses! NO one was with us and I didn't take any pictures...There was not a soul on the property that day. The only thing I can prove is the fact we had been to Seattle for a convention regarding the new computer system that Family Life Installed that yr. HELP do this FAST not next WK help me now. Duane met with a man before we left....the man owned or worked for a newspaper in Seattle. Evidently he was an old friend...odd name - seemed like it started with an A or a L - Not Alan but similar ALun or ILaun Avan - it was something like that. Who owned that paper in 1979 and who all worked there... come on Seattle help me out. Who was the owner before and how many times did it change hands until the current date. Did other companies share the same building where the News Paper was? ATTENTION: Anyone know the names of someone who worked for the Seattle Newspaper in 1969 or perhaps worked in the same Building with or where the Newspaper was located in 1969. Blevins, I trust that you now understand that Jo Weber is claiming that she visited Tina Bar both BEFORE and AFTER the money find in early 1980. Additionally, she is claiming that she saw a "house" (not a "shed") at a specific location on those occasions. Nevertheless, there is no such "house" showing on any photograph, aerial or otherwise, of Tina Bar from the date of the hijacking to the present day at the location she claims. Robert99 EXCUSE ME! I have NOT changed anything about the story ...I have maintained and will maintain there was a house to the West of the entrance and there was something on East of the property - but didn't specifically remember what it was. It was NOT my focal point in 1979 or in 2001. There had been some changes between 1979 and 2001 - such as the gate and to the property on the east side of the entrance. How many people can say they went to a specific place and remembered all of the details. YOU have been led down a road by Georger that will discredit you image for the rest of your life. GET the records STRAIGHT From the VANCOUVER court house - in things like this NEVER depend on others....NOT a GOOD thing! I call it Tena's bar because I want to call it Tena's bar and that is how I remember it....also NOTE that at one time the sign had the error on it and the Fazio's let it ride...some one misspelled the word - and some of you claim it was Tina and some claim it was Tena - regardless what did the sign read in 1979 and what did it read in 2001....do you know?
