  4. jeff, i'm a little disappointed that you are bringing the same inaccurate argument to this thread that could not justify in another thread devoted to this. are you having a hard time understanding the legislation you are referring to, or are you misleading people(like your site), in hopes that they will not educate themselves? really man, please. you people want a "skyride/asc lackey/minion" to "debate", i gladly offer my services, and you refuse to do your homework. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  5. a dialog between concerned parties that you keep barging in on, yet refuse to offer any substance to. could you refrain until you manage to respond to my post in the other thread? thanks well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo

  7. so your disdain for asc jumpers validates jeff's lies? well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  8. jeff, i saw the changes before i posted. as i said. "to date, though they have been qualified in a minor way, none of them have been removed from their otherwise impressive website." the lies are still there! lance well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  9. has anyone seen the website for the defunct skydive nashville, formerly operating out of russellville, ky? unbelievable! to have the audacity to misinform prospective students with the entirely fallacious assertion that they and a handful of relatively remote dropzones are the only outfits serving the nashville market! to go even further and blatantly and repeatedly LIE to the public regarding the only consistently operating dz actually in the area, adventure skydiving center! asc, a uspa group member, runs well maintained turbine aircraft out of the fantastic facilities at outlaw field, in clarksville, tn. please refer to this months issue of parachutist's list of group member dz's and find asc listed as such, a distinction which skydive nashville lacks. (on a side note, jeff napier, who spends a great deal of time on this forum promoting these fallacies is , according to the uspa, not even a member himself! hopefully, the jump(s) he claimed to have made on or about november, 15th were not made at a uspa group member dz!) i quote from their site: "You may notice that the other websites that you found advertising to be "Nashville Skydiving" or "Skydive Nashville" all seem to look somewhat alike, and they don't have their location posted anywhere on the website. That's because they are FAKES! They are NOT advertising for real skydiving centers!" as if this were not enough, they continue: "There are only THREE real Skydiving Centers in Tennessee and TWO in Kentucky. Any website advertising to be in the major city like Nashville,... is not a real skydive center." equally as inaccurately is mr. napier's claims that asc is in some manner violating Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18, relative to misrepresentation of geographical location. an assertion that he seems unable or willing to justify. of lesser importance, yet still relevant, is their claim to be the closest dropzone to nashville. as mr. napier is well aware, asc is a full five miles closer to the city center of nashville than the airport in russellville, ky. i have challenged mr. napier at length on these forums to remedy these malicious and damaging claims. to date, though they have been qualified in a minor way, none of them have been removed from their otherwise impressive website. please join me in pressuring these folks to correct their misdeeds before their reputation for fairness, professionalism and honesty is forever tarnished. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  10. dang it, jeff! i'm trying to go to bed as well. your not out of line regarding firing paiser, and dropping some half assed implication regarding him on a forum that upwards of like, ten people are reading. thanks a million for cutting him loose. we love mike. he is an incredible asset to our kickass dropzone operating in the nashville area. if we could just get that big silly grin off his face i wouldn't mind him nailing my mom. you are out line for your refusal/inability to defend your continual insistence that we are breaking the law. please don't dumb this down any further, or i'll lose interest. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  11. hey moderator, can i call jumpdude a chump, dude? lance well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  12. "I'm offline." you mean out of line. i declare myself the de facto victor of our little "debate". this, coupled with a five spot, will get me a sausage biscuit and a redbull at cowboy's tomorrow morning. how satisfying. now what shall i do about paiser.... well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  13. That is the address of Mike Paiser. He played a role if getting sLyride in at Clarksville. He's also one of the two that we kicked out of our operation at Russellville. That is the truth, NO slanderous statements there. We have the copies of the certified letters that was sent to him and the other person. And NO, out of respect for DZ.com, The Mods, and, well,,, ok, Paiser's privacy, I'm not going the quote the reasons and/or contents of the letter here. Note ro the Mods, If this is going too far, I'll be glad to delete it if you will PM me before the edit period runs out. i knew it! mike paiser has moved in with my mom! well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo

  15. andy, leave my mom out of this, please. she hates me skydiving. this would prove to be too much for her. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo

  17. andy, thank you for your insight. your pointed response is totally relevant, not to mention timely. you once again have proven your knack for clearly understanding the matter at hand and striking the nail right on the head! try to stay warm tonight, lance well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  18. Well, I'll try, from strictly my OUTSIDERS perspective, if I might be so allowed... As I've even personally seen it, I think the problem is (was) that right up until something like 12:30PM EST just YESTERDAY, the directions as were on the websites pertaining to "Skydive Nashville" (www.skydivenashville.com) "Adventure Skydiving Tennessee" (www.astskydiving.com) and possibly others - all associated supposedly with, and for the benefit of the Clarksville dropzone you refer to - all, if followed, would have had the poor unsuspecting directions follower driving all the way down to someplace instead, just outside of Atlanta, GA! While all this has apparently just been "fixed" (just YESTERDAY) - I think, at least from what I've seen (yes, in that "other" thread, smart to get away from that other thread - it was getting UGLY in there ) - the advertising being referred to, was all promulgated and proliferated like what? - LAST WEEK? At the time the advertising was put out, only until it was just corrected YESTERDAY (for which I think Jumpdude has already thanked you for that correction and acknowledged) - it apparently, did not comply with those laws. That's at least as how I understand it, and how all this unfolded from the get-go. Sure - point to the sites, and ask incredulously what is wrong NOW. You're pretending like it never was as stated and hello Lance - c'mon now, you know better. P.S. I know nothing of Tennessean Redneck ass kickin tactics either myself. So clearly, I may just be misguided as well? Maybe that's it. i doubt the guys i'm bickering with are much on ass kickin' either. they certainly are not too hip on readin' . your tenacity is a credit to you, so i'll play along. i assume you have read the above mentioned piece of legislation thoroughly. if not, please do. it takes about, oh, 3 minutes. you have successfully parroted the the complaints presented in this thread, but have missed the mark on my challenge. "Sure - point to the sites, and ask incredulously what is wrong NOW. You're pretending like it never was as stated and hello Lance - c'mon now, you know better. " the websites are of no concern to my question, i am pointing to the law. let me restate the question for you. how has the dropzone in clarksville, tennesee, which has been in operation since the very early spring of 2008 violated the aforementioned amendment that took effect on july 1, 2008? (i'm spoon feeding you, buddy) grant, like many others you are begging the question. i'm not a lawyer, as a matter of fact, i'm a janitor. i could be dead wrong, and proven a fool. i don't mind that. get back to me. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  19. "skyride" is many things. 1. a shuttle service at dallas international airport. 2. the tour of the top of the empire state building 3. a ride at the cedar point amusement park 4. a ski lift ride at the arizona snow bowl. 5. a gondola ride on the island of st. thomas. et al... you are inquiring about 1800skyride. which you will be getting an "ear" full about any minute now... well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  20. great question! ever seen star wars? well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  21. what is there to discuss? you could start by responding to my above post and the questions posed therein. while you are at it, although a bit redundant, let's add. from the other thread: "Now, you are still not in compliance with the Tennessee State LAW or the Georgia Supreme Court Order. Your physical Address is still not on your home page in a conspicuous location AND Your Local Phone Number is STILL answered in Cedartown, Ga." "physical address" is not required. the language reads "The listing fails to clearly and conspicuously identify the locality and state of the person’s business" locality, defined as "a particular place, situation, or location" would certainly be satisfied by the directions to outlaw field. my reading of the new law allows a business OPERATING IN THE AREA to forward calls wherever they see fit. what local number are you calling, anyway? i look forward to a constructive debate with you jeff. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  22. i'm not claiming anything of the sort. i'm not even arguing ethical concerns here. i do however, agree with your rationale. this is evident in my response to jeff's assertion that: "My website does not say anything about our aircraft nor the condition of, so there's no deception there. " from the skydive signs, post #53. get back to me. well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  23. jeff, thanks for the response. let's continue our discussion regarding bill 3834 in the thread you started for that purpose. lance well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
  24. scrumpot, it is entirely obvious that you have no idea what you are talking about. i know bdashe and peanut both, personally. bdashe is actually a slobbering moron possessing a heart filled with the most vitriolic, hateful intentions. we PAID lodi to take him, tranquilized him, crated him, and shipped him ups ground to norcal. he's tj's problem now. peanut on the other hand, is actually a rhodes scholar who uses his sizable fortune for philanthropic efforts worldwide. as we speak, our hope is to engage him as a spokesperson for our crusade against the tragedy that is cat aids. his previous work campaigning against armadillo leprosy proves him as imminently qualified. dude, i would NEVER say or do anything rude or wrong to napiers kid. yes he is obviuosly a child. i think his website is cool. i'm merely poking at jeff. what exactly about my postings in this thread do you find "DISPICABLE(sic) and INEXCUSABLE!!" particularly regarding young justin? i think jeff gets it. we the evil minions, (to replace lackey's if you fellas do not mind), of skyride and mr. napier are having quite the little conflict in the skydive market we all share. i appreciate your efforts, but suspect you are way out of the loop. i choose not to bring what is happening outside this form into the discussion here. ask jeff to bring you up to speed. "I find no reason to further respond to, let alone tolerate, any of you" good! i'm talking to jeff, so feel free to step the fuck off, homey. lance well im not a skyride fan by any means, but this sport is and always has been rich in moraly questionable behavior. -parabuteo
