Well, they're easiest to make with broad rubber bands, like the ones you use when you put your parachute in it's bag. Start with one, do a double wrap of a second one around that, and then continue. I've held one excactly like that, I got to hold it's head, and it made itself comfortable on my arm while someone else carried most of it's body. Is that an albino ball python (Python regius), by any chance? Ball pythons are kept as pets, but I'm thinking that they would require a quite big terrarium. Yeah, they are incredibly cool. Right now, I'm sporting a big, red cast on my right foot, due to a landing-related ankle fracture, and after 4 weeks I'm finally getting more out and about.
