I don't care so much for the cards eagles game it's mostly the Steelers game that I'm interested in. Unfortunately though I don't have cable and my neighbors aren't going to be home so I'm not going to be able to actually watch it. Just sit in front of my computer and listen to the play by play online.

Worked for me every time I bought a used car from somebody that wasn't a dealer. If it's not by cash, then you should specify on the bill of sale how it was paid for. It's also not a bad idea to have 2 copies of it...one for you and one for him.

I would be weary of it. For the reasons you stated. But, one way to get around the guy scoping out your house is to agree to meet at a public place and simply exchange it there. I would say that if he wants local pick up he needs to pay by cash.

I guess it all depends on where you live. All I know is that it's been a good 10 or 12 years since I've seen temperatures like this around here. Yeah we have always had a few really cold days during the winter here but never this many. I can count on one hand the number of times school was canceled/delayed due to weather while growing up. They've already canceled/delayed school 5 times this year here due to the cold/snow.

How early is to early to look for a job when moving?

Actually my brother and sister-in-law said that I could move in with them for a while if I needed to. (I think they just want a free babysitter ). But I'm a very independent person and feel like I'd be mooching off of them if I did that so I'm trying to avoid that. I will if I have to but it's going to be a last resort.
