I'm up to...was ready to go to bed about 2 hours ago but I'm just past the half way point of a 16 hour shift. And it's been a boring shift. Which is fine with me...better then having to try to call people in in the middle of the night.

Thanks for the advice. I just started a 16 hour shift so I figure when TV starts to suck and I get really bored around 2am I'll start looking at the website. I figured most if not all debt consolidation companies were scams. I tried calling a couple and always ended up saying no in the end. I just gave up on those a while back.

I've tried calling a couple of those places. All the ones I talked to just told me to pay more then the minimum payment and my debt would go away quicker. The problem is I can't even make the minimum payment so how am I going to pay more? And from what I know...the companies that get it so you can pay off your debt for cents on the dollar are either scams or your credit score goes to total shit. Yes..I know my credit score is going down as we speak, but not as quickly as if I were to do that. If you know of a specific reputable company that can help me without completely screwing me please let me know. I'd be total game for it.

I know it doesn't get rid of the need to pay it. And I do intend to pay it when I can. I have every intention to pay it. I just can't at the present time.

That calling me 12 times a day will magically give me the money I need to pay my credit card bill? Yes, I know payment is late. No, I'm not not paying it for shits and giggles. I want to pay it off but feel that a roof over my head, food and heat are slightly more important. They don't seem to understand that them calling 12 times a day is not going to give me the 20 hours a week of overtime I need to pay my bills. It's also not going to make the money magically appear in my checking account. Yes, I realize that I was young and dumb and racked up a ridiculous amount of credit card debt. I've learned my lesson. But them harassing me doesn't help at all. I pay what I can, when I can, which I know isn't enough but at least I'm trying. Rant over.

I've recently learned that that particular lesson isn't 100% true. In my experience Guppie is correct on this matter.

Let's see...I'm 24 now...been working since I was 15...In those 9 years I've had 7 jobs. Some of them overlap (such as packing during the summer on top of my regular full-time job). I'm currently in the hunt for a new job but that's due to relocation. I'm not that picky, I'm looking at everything from waitressing to something in terms of a career. I just need to get the hell out of bum fuck Pennsyltucky.

Only if you say that you saw it when it originally aired. I think they play that commercial so much that even those not alive then have seen it.

I will say that the Cardinals played one hell of a game. They deffinitely made the Steelers fight for that win. Well played by all.
