    They are attempting to do with guns what they attempted to do with drugs ... the idea is that if everything gun related is removed from society then guns will eventually be removed from society. They tried to remove everything drug related from society but drugs remained in society and the removal of everything drug related has caused drug ignorance which has caused drug problems. Learning from history, removing everything gun related from society will not remove guns from society. However, it will cause gun ignorance which will cause gun problems. "That looks dangerous."     If your parents are paying your bills ... you should try to respect your parents decisions. If you are paying your bills ... your parents should try to respect your decisions. It can be a safe sport or it can be a dangerous sport, it all depends on the decisions you make (or don't make). Stop asking if it is a risk and start learning what are the risks and how to avoid them. This will show your parents that you are attempting to be as safe as possible. "That looks dangerous."
