thanks karen I hope I can come to a decision that I can live with too on this matter. I can still skydive, and prettyy much anything else. the barotraumatic injuries that I sustained only preclude me from diving as far as I know. there is no amount of money that is going to mend my broken heart. I am completely and utterly devastated. I cannot dive anymore without a heart surgery to repair a PFO. I love my job, I love the ocean, I am very good at what I do, I was at the top of my game and the peak of my career. all of that is over with now... my boys did the best they could under the circumstances, but it was not good enough and I got trashed...
