  1. One of the most memorable things I heard this boogie...since I heard it from several different people.... "Dude, that was you?! DON'T DO THAT!" Mike
  2. The 28th of March? That's my b-day. How cool is that? That's kinda freaky....that makes 3 of us...3-28-76 here.. Mike
  3. I've GOT to see this video! That looks a thousand times worse than the wrap that I was in years ago....and that one was pretty damn wild.. Mike
  4. Cool....congrats man..but don't go making any plans to run up to Sask(not even gonna try to spell it) on Southwest Airlines any time soon....they don't go anywhere near there.. Does she work at a reservation center for SWA or something? I know those are scattered around...but I didn't think any would be in Canada.. Mike
  5. Wanna bet? 220 is what Amazon and I start at you light weight! I was speaking about three specific slow ass goobers...not you two...I'd call you guys medium speed goobers.. Mike
  6. I seem to remember one along the lines of....."Why is the hole so big?" Don't remember who said it(I think that was one of the days we started drinking at noon)...but they sure as hell walked into that one.. DOH! Mike
  7. Dude.....220+ isn't "Free Flying" I think that's a whole new sport. I did manage to keep you in video frame. I didn't hit 220 the whole boogie, you pussy.....it was 210 MAX on that one....160 average...you slow ass goobers just can't keep up.. Mike
  8. Katie gave me the video at the Mardi Gras boogie on Sat night, but I haven't watched it yet...I think it's time.. I'm still afraid to see some of the things I've heard I did...but don't remember..... Mike
  9. So.....is this thread about you taking a Cave course and flailing wildly inside the caves? If so, don't worry....it's a normal thing. I've been cave diving for years now, and have about close to 500 cave dives....200 or so of those deeper than 200FFW. It's a great sport, but not a sport for everybody...nor is it the easiest to become(and stay) good at(kinda like skydiving). No arm movements during swimming.....mostly frog kicks(even in really tight stuff a very small modified frog is the way to go, IMO)..always run a line....and always...ALWAYS...observe the rule of thirds(or an even more conservative rule). Mike
  10. Yea it will....it will just look like you were further away while you were sucking.. Mike
  11. yea... they said we floated... I blelive that we were just better! You guys were some seriously floaty mother fuckers on that jump! Kinda hard to figure out why with everybody wearing baggy ass jumpsuits flying on their belly...DOH! Plus, I was wearing my fast freefly suit.....you know, the one you couldn't keep up with.. Mike
  12. Sorry man...forgot to hit the "upload attachment" after "browse"...so I edited it less than a minute after posting it...you're too fast.. Mike
  13. Oh, you just reminded me... I have a better ass pic... give me a few minutes! Edited: decided not to post the pic on the web site; however, I CAN post it here! No, no, no....I think Chucks best pic, by far....is this one... You've got to add it to the website.. Mike
  14. LOL....uhh....8 minutes with 50 plus+! About 200 knots. Floater rails? You think you can hang on at 200kts? Knock yourself out Buck Rogers! bwahahahahahhahahaaa!!!! 200?! Come on! It's just a Challenger on steroids! We used to take the 604 down to about 140 with approach flaps....you get skeered that slow? Unfortunately, the boat I'm flying now doesn't like going slow....we're always being told to "slow to final approach speed" when we're there.. 130 at min landing weight, as high as 150. Real pilots don't need the flight director anyways.. I've seen way too many pilots that are dependent on the flight director. They do what it says, regardless of what it's telling you to do. Too many times I've seen guys turn the wrong way because "the flight director said to"...or in severe crosswinds(like we had going into ORD last week - 60 knot crosswind at 5k, 40 at 3k, 30 at 1k) the thing doesn't have a clue, but too many guys just fly the S-turns it commands anyways. Mike
  15. Any chance you can burn a copy and bring it to Mardi Gras? I still haven't seen the whole thing! I only saw the first 20 mins or so....but I have heard so much about the things I don't remember doing.. Mike
  16. Yea no shit..the little fucker got me for my bithday too.... I'm not tellin NOBODY where I'm going on my bday.. Mike
  17. Keep Mike - and cakes - off the dz and I can do that. Hey! It's not my fault! I was drunk, and Chuck was a bad influence on me! Mike
  18. Dammit! I opened this thinking Andrea would've posted a personal video....but noooooooo...just telling us about a TV show...pphhhhffffttt! Mike
  19. Oh yah? Why do I need to adjust them? You can't handle the wah wah wah wah wah wah? That's the props? Damn, I thought that was you.. I'm sure you've heard this one....but what's the difference between a pilot and a jet engine? The engine quits whining when the flight is over. Mike
  20. DUDE, SAVE ME AN RV SLOT FOR MONDAY NIGHT! Park a car there if you have to! Is the place filling up already? Mike
  21. Or I could just borrow one of Mike's tandem rigs with a small Firebolt Tandem main in it.. Mike
  22. Damn, dude...did you take that from her? By not giving you the plate she called you a liar! Mike
  23. Night jumps skeer me...they were cool when I was jumping a skybarge...even when I was jumping a normal size main...but the more I downsized...the less I ever wanted to jump at night.. I made the mistake once(and ONLY ONCE) of jumping my old Stiletto 120 at night....pounded in pretty hard.. Mike
