So I scratched my idea about building a custom d-box for my old Sony CCD-TR71 using marine fiberglass kits. After talking to a co-worker friend who's into marine stuff and photography, he mentioned that it might be easier to find what's called a "blimp". Since my main concern is to minimize the air traveling in the camera thus fluttering the tape, anything that's watertight should also work. So I looked, and I found one.

I guess it might have been the opposite had you started skydiving when you both were together. Check out the pic attached. I know I've seen a Boy version, but use your imagination Until she's tasted flight, she'd never get it. And doing a tandem may not be enough. I don't see getting pierced as having a midlife crisis. If you went out and got pierced in the 3-ring format, now you've got an identity crisis! My other ride is the relative wind.

So why is it that when you go and vote, you always vote for, but not against? As for initiatives, it makes sense to just vote yay, or nay. As for candidates running for office, I may not necessarily like any of them. I guess one could write-in a candidate thereby not giving any of them your vote. But why can't we vote against one particular individual thereby lowering their count? Just a thought. My other ride is the relative wind.

Vidiot's post on building your own d-box for pc 101 using fiber glass repair kit is a good idea. Anybody know where I can buy one? So far I've found Tub & Shower repair kits sold at home improvement stores, and stuff for auto-body repair. Anybody ever used them to make your own box? My other ride is the relative wind.
