    I always get sick when I ride as a passenger of tandem, and I have close to 4000 jumps. I've heard everything from harness being too tight, to you not being in center of the parachute theory. I think both reason plus you not driving/flying the thing makes you more prone to having motion sickness. and sigma could improve by adding little more padding or making leg strap wider. I have total of 5 passenger ride, they all sucked. I have huge respect for the TI examiners. Bernie Sanders for President 2016

    don't try to put the ears over where the stablizer would be. this may sound weird but just put the ears, inside the canopy. hard to explain but quater out and expose the tail part and nose part of the slider out and to catch air, but the side ears put them flush inside.     Only wear that shows on typical hma line sets are by the loop that goes thru the slinks. other than that and color changes of lines you can't really tell. I change mine as soon as opening goes to shit, i figure changing the lineset is cheaper than chance of losing main or reserve or both component to a cut away. also if you are jumping at dirt prone areas just assume that it won't last long as what pd says. i've only seen very very few hma lineset lasting more than it should in a dirty environment.     Your survey sucks, who enjoys packing their parachute?? people pay 6 dollars for a reason. For that reason alone I was able to make money for 4 years. Easiest part of packing is quite possibly the rubber band stowing part. Hardest part for most people is putting canopy in the bag part. For me the hardest/most time consuming part is closing the container, and putting pilot chute in. and None of them are enjoyable. So now I unpack shit for a living. there. And you can just shove it in the bag, and coil all the lines at the bottom of the tray and it will work fine. with significant trap door effect ofcourse. Bernie Sanders for President 2016

    who really slows down their fwd speed to be truely falling flat vertical again?? I dump in a track and I track more after I pitch my pilot chute. If dumping in a track is dangerous all the big wall base jumper will die after every jump??? and don't give me their base canopy opens hard,,, they open hard because of their pilot chute size, big ass vents and nose, and unique base environment slider. If you want soft opening, jump a soft opening canopy. They aren't sabre1, i haven't jumped soft opening specter either but they don't open hard. never had luck with cobalt. definitely not the old fx Soft ones out there are crossfire, velos, and xaos.     Depending on the wind direction, the landing area will be halved, making small landing area even smaller. Beware of rotors from the trees. Turbulence effect amplifies with stronger winds. It may not feel like 25-30 mph but sometimes wind may be consistent 25-30. Not much out besides polo field, beach shoreline, farm land to the south. low cutaway above the ocean might mean swimming time. If there are 30 ft waves you might have to swim for a long time before someone gets you. Unless you dare to swim in pass the shore break. Adjust your decision altitude accordingly.
