    I did not get to the post office or finish the laundry and lunch lasted a little longer than expected (no complaints there) but all in all it went pretty much as expected.

    That's a busy day! Here's mine, which is actuallly looking pretty calm for a change: 6 - 9 am: get ready for work stop by the post office and do a bit of shopping. 9 - 11:30 am: Work 12-1pm: Birthday lunch w/ co-workers 1 - 5 pm: Work 5 - 7 pm: Laundry then dinner 7 pm - ?: read/watch TV/check in on DZ.com Enjoy the vodka.

    Favorite sandwich of all time is just a simple roasted chicken sandwich on white bread with a little bit of butter and salt. Yum!

    That's true!!! So focused on lunch, I was only thinking food...but there are several good Irish beers around too.

    I have been transplanted from Ireland to Florida and there are sooo many things I miss, most of them with no way to find here in FL. But the things I can occasionally find are Irish Chocolate, brown sauce and sausages and rashers (but I have only found those in NY so far). And believe it or not, potatoes just are not the same over here either.

    Tastes a lot better than it sounds. You have to try it at least once before you can count it out, but actually it was the garlic butter sauce that sounded good to me. But the meat eaters would be a second choice.

    Well, if you are worried, DQ does a "pup cup". A small sample for our furry friends and it is free (at least at my DQ).

    Sort of like a salty sausage patty, slightly different texture. I prefer white pudding myself.

    I was very accident prone growing up. When I moved to the US, the two local emergency rooms that I frequented in Dublin closed down, all my old friends and neighbors blamed me. But I have been getting better, I broke my foot pretty badly a couple of years back, and that was probably my last major injury (knock wood).

    I just found out ... All those years in convent school, you would have thought I'd have picked up on something like that! I guess my education has failed me!
