  10. I signed off early last night so I did not see these photos. They are beautiful, especially the last one
  11. Wow, at $75, you can't go wrong!!! When I priced them this past weekend, the cheapest I could find was over $400. Of the 10-22 and the 24-70 which would you start with, or which do you get more use out of? Thanks!
  12. Your own darkroom, no matter how small, is still your own darkroom
  13. I just took a brief look at www.photographyonthe.net. It is great!!! Can't wait till I have a little more time to look though it. Thanks
  14. Just visited your website, the photos of Karma are great, especially the post image editing ones
  15. How cool, I have always wanted my own darkroom!!! I'm mostly into landscape and nature, as I travel a lot (portraits are generally only of my dogs and bird). So I was more inclined to go with the wide angle. Just not sure what one. I actually went to price them recently and several were easily twice what I paid for my camera I have only taken one photography class and the teacher kept recommending we all invest in the 50mm so I was wondering what I was missing not having one. She seemed to rely on hers heavily.
  16. Thanks for that and sorry for posting in the wrong area, I did not realize there was a photography forum
  17. Well I finally have time to get back into photography and was looking for some advice: 1) I have a 35mm with a 28 - 80mm and a 70 - 300mm lens, and I am ready for a new one but I can't decide if I should invest in a 50mm or a wide angle. 2) Also, any recommendations for a decent but inexpensive digital camera? Not looking to do anything extraordinary with it, just want one as a back up. Thanks
  18. Quote I'm with Lisa on the "luck" with posting thing. And, I want to make nice and don't really know how to piss people off. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I second that _____________________________ I third it
  19. I played hooky part of today too and had a great time! I was feeling guilty too, but then remebered how VERY often my boss plays hooky and how little we are paid so decided I will just work a bit harder on Monday to make up for it.
