I do the same thing. But when I'm out I modify it a bit and I tend to eat what ever will not reheat well first.

I don't talk about it that much do I??? If I do it is only because we are surrounded by Italians, one of them quite good looking as Sara pointed out earlier!

My initial few days back don't seem quite like home, think that is the jet lag though. After that it is like I was never gone.

Honestly, you can't go wrong anywhere. The only place I had a problem in was Naples, but you are going to face that in any big city. Have a blast!!!

The beach is nice and I love the Everglades, but the heat is just too much for me!!! Give me a snow storm anyday over 95 degrees and 100% humidity.

Where are you going? I spent a semester in Rome and got to travel all over. I loved every minute of it. Rome is wonderful, soooo much to see and do, Florence is great too, very easy to get around. The Amalfi Coast is breathtaking and Ischia, an island near Capri is also worth a trip. Need a tour guide???

Not me, I've lived in a couple different countries since then. But I would love to still live in the city I grew up in...it's just too expensive.

I was having a REALLY bad day last Friday, completely obsessing about something I had no control over. One of the girls in the office brought me a piece of chocolate to make me feel better. It was one with the corny sayings on the wrapper that fortune cookies have too. I opend it and it said "Don't think about it so much." I thought it was perfect...it is now sitting on my bookshelf in a frame.

I love tomatoes too! My favorite is the recipe Bobbi posted, but a close second is fresh tomatoes diced up with fresh cucumber, a little bit of diced onion, olive oil and vinegar and a dash of garlic salt. Yum!!!
