    Humm,alot of teaching in this sport requires the basic knowledge of the subject.I have yet to see the reason I need to spend money to become a coach.We help when we are asked,needed and just like to see other people move along in this sport!

    Dad was a cessna pilot and in charge of maintaining it.Had to see what this jumping stuff was all about.

    Sorry dude!Ya just know the extended time you decide to leave your rig at the DZ,is when the place is gonna burn down!Kinda like trusting a close friend with your rig while your out of town only to have the first jump back made on it be a "Malfunction"!

    Give up competition to help judge!Pack a few rigs.Think about becoming a real "Senior Rigger".Think about moving to Fla. to pack rigs from Thanksgiving until March.

    Wahoo!Computer for christmas!Rob been a very,very very good boy!Now,If only santa could work on the GF'S?(LOL)OH,meet this young lady last night(she got money)at the Wal-Mart computer.Humm,we waited and waited.Finally,I let her go ahead of me so I could pick up a few things.Got back and she showed me her photograghy.Well,had to show her mine!Some of that Artsy photograghy.Humm,maybe see her again and exchange "FLUIDS".(LOL)

    Add a twist!How many planes you fly in before you jumped out of 1?LET'S see,Pan Am 727,S.F. to Japan.Beechcraft from Taegu,Korea to Seoul Korea.Pan Am back to states.(S.F.). C-182,C-172.

    Geez,charging $50 is almost criminal.We don,t charge at my home DZ.Not to say charging is bad.At larger DZ,s it's the norm.$20 bucks might be what I would charge.Teaching is tough.We are trying to get this guy over the "HUMP".Everything does not have to be perfect in your pack job.I break it down into the easiest of steps.1.)Clear Air channel.2.)Cock pilot chute.3.)Tight roll makes for tight folds.4.)Pull bag around folds on 1 side.5.)Make sure to get 1 stow.(Holds rest of parachute in bag.)6.)Check cocked pilot chute again.(stuff gets moved around in bag.) 7.)Nice neat line stows.Follow manufacturers recommendations for closing.8.)Finally,I learned the quickest way to fold pilot chute and bridle.Simple!

    O.K.tried most of the over the shoulder types and found them very uncomfortable at opening with 12-16 lbs.You,my dear ,might have to go 16-20.Try the waist type?

    Humm,you can't make your partner do something she doesn't want to/feels uncomfortable doing!She has to want to learn new things,challenge herself.Wish I knew more women like that?(lol)

    I might be 1.1-1.2.Not so much the loading as how you fly your parachute.I,ve seen and heard most of the horror stories first hand!Sooner or later even the best make mistakes.I myself have had 4 close calls on hookturns.That,s why I "Do not do them anymore".I try to follow(all the time now) a standard "L" landing pattern by entering at a grand,fly till 500ft(turn 90),fly to 100ft(turn 90 again)(final approach to landing).Everybody knows this is how I,m gonna fly my parachute from 1000ft till landing.WHAT DO YOU DO?

    Speed at which closure occurs and relative unawareness are the main causes.Hey,do what I do,Still getting out last and pulling at 8 grand.If the tandem Pilots know your doing what you say your gonna do,and at the same time being very aware of them,they have no problems with me doing this.

    Humm,Holding the area tighter comes to mind.Ivan,there are many ways to pack.Lately,I,ve been standing on the lines and kneeling on the warning label as I roll the parachute inward.A tight fold from a tight roll seems to go in the bag rather nice.Every time I try to cheat this I have to stuff,which takes more strength that I don,t have all the time all day.Hope this helps?

    Beautiful weather for 4 straight days!Packed 40 rigs.Managed to pay the $15 registration.Got my 2 tee-shirts,and get this.Told everybody sun. morning that I wasn't gonna pack another F***king Parachute until I jumped 1!Man what a jump!Everything goes "Extremely" right!Have to add another freestyle move on the fly!Wow!Was taking pics of my parachute,when it hit me.The rest of the ride down I was saying,wow!Very nice damn freefall!Guess everybody had a good time?I missed the grand Party Sat. night because1.)I really needed a shower,2.)A real meal and finally3.)A real bed to sleep in.Was just plan cooked!Slept on the couch thurs.,club room floor Fri..Oh,took a whole bunch of wonderful pictures.Some of my best efforts ever!Some very nice sunrise and sunset stuff!Man,how am I gonna act?Was so overwhelmed sun. night I just couldn't hold back the tears of joy!!!!!!!I hate it when that happens.Ya just don,t want your fellow skydivers to see you loosen it.OH WELL!

    You will love this 1!Same day a friend of mine made his first AFF jump,his wife told him to leave!She considered his jumping as most uneducated people do.Divorce papers came soon after.Dump the creep!
