try jumping with someones digital altimeter that tells freefall speeds to check your fall rate. or jump with someone who has one that can stay on level with you. this will give you a base line so you can know which way you need to adjust. diamonds are a dawgs best friend -

if the weather cooperates this weekend i plan on doing all H&Ps to work on my landings and accuracy for my B. being as i'm doing a standard approach, base, final landing pattern and not flying fast. would it be better for me to exit first or last when there are multiple people doing H&Ps on the same pass? i will discuss this at the DZ. just thought i'd get some additional input here too. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

nice. the only thing is with that much black it will get real hot in the sun (especially if you have a nylon front). also the white will show dirt more. personally i'd go with a color for the binding tape. diamonds are a dawgs best friend

these days we're using hook knives. they can be found on any major skydiving gear website. i don't think any of the hook knives on the market today violate any state's weapons laws. if you think this might be an issue check the laws of the state you're planning to bring your knife into. diamonds are a dawgs best friend
