If you are witness to a crime and you withhold information by not coming forward to the police, you are just as guilty (in the eyes of the law) as the perpetrator who committed the act. Say for example, if you get pissed off at people who hit people with their cars and then run, why should you be pissed off about someone who witnesses a drug deal and then reports it to the police? ____________________________________________________________ I'm RICK JAMES! Houston and Dallas have toll highways which are under a dollar at the booths. An interesting project is underway in Texas to erect a tollroad between Austin and San Antonio... the idea being: people will want to pay to avoid all the construction in New Braunfels and San Marcos (which never ends, and is scheduled to be completed by the time hell freezes over). Oh, I know young Viking. He used to be such a nice boy, until these cretins corrupted him.
