Personally, I don't deliver an ultimatum unless I'm 100% ready to carry through. I would never ask someone to give up something like skydiving, or whatever passion they have. That passion for that thing is part of what makes that person who they are, and it's not right of me to want to take it away from them. When it comes down to them doing something that is harming them, and affecting the quality of their life and mine (and my daughter's), then I believe in giving someone a chance to make it right, but then I am willing to move on if it doesn't happen. (And I have). I don't consider that controlling, but maybe some do. I just consider it taking care of myself.

She just made her family rich. Yep, with the right lawyer, BAM! A few cool million... of course, the lawyer's take is about 75%, but what do I know, I ain't a lawyer. You guys are so jaded. The real shame is that ONLY if there are huge financial repercussions for those entities involved will they be motivated to actually stop something like this from happening again. I say, Bring on the lawyers....someone's got to try and take care of the innocent people getting neglected.
