HAHA! Wow...somebody is honoring my posts....Has Hell frozen over yet? It's not "training." It's "helping." I'm trying to "help" you all. There are many single people on these forums that want to date. I'm just trying to make it easier for everyone! I never "wanted" anybody. I like Amy's phrase of "serial monogomist," and I think I'll steal that from her to describe myself. I never wanted to be in a relationship. I had way too much fun hanging out with all of my friends and experiencing life. I just kissed a lot of guys along the way. I don't want anything too much different even though I do have boyfriend. I still want to experience life and all it has to offer. Having someone there with me to experience life is an added bonus but not a requirement. Unfortunately, most love potions and spells just don't work, so you can't automatically get someone to fall in love with you. I've seen the same concerns from single guys all the time, though. Why can't they get women??? I'm here to help. Disclaimer:This may not apply to every woman. I've just seen it time and time again. 1) Drop the nice guy act! Don't try to be a jerk because you think that's what girls want, though. We don't. Have something going for yourself other than being "the nice guy." Nice is good, but it's not enough. It's all fine and dandy to be with someone. There's a difference between, "Sure, I wouldn't mind dating someone," and, "I really really need someone." If you really do feel you need someone, stop looking now! First of all, girls don't want needy guys. Needy guys tend to be more posessive, and smart girls stay away from that. 4) List out qualities you want. There's nothing wrong with knowing what you want. I have a few things that I want in a guy, and I won't accept anything less. Don't accept less just because you really want somebody. 5) Turn what you really want in somebody back on yourself. If you want somebody really really really smart, well, you better have something going on upstairs yourself. I don't really care how you answer publicly, but go through these questions for yourself. If you do these things, then even if you don't find someone (because there are no guarantees in life) other people will like you better, and you'll get more friends. My suggestion: make static line an option. There would've been no way in Hell I could've stayed as current and gotten into skydiving as a college student if all I had was AFF. I could've done at most one jump a month. I could do a few a month with static line. The major selling point of your next jump being only $35 is what did it for me! Thank you to VanillaSkyGirl who gave the best recommendation this site has ever seen! Awhile back there were many underwear threads going on. I read many posts thinking people were crazy for saying that thongs were comfortable. I've tried every trick (Wearing all cotton, wearing them for a week, calling upon the spirits of the easterly skies) to make them comfortable, but my nerve endings are much too sensitive (that's a good thing) to handle thongs. (No, the myth that your underwear will end "up there" anyways is a lie. My underwear -unless it's the wrong size- never does that.) However, despite my dislike of thongs, I thought that was all I could wear with my tighter pants. I love tighter, stretch jeans since they feel like sweat pants. I do not like the tacky look of regular underwear (call me superficial.) I always wondered about the seemless bikini panties, but the cost was much too high. Vanillaskygirl just saved my life! She highly recommended these panties, so I decided to give it a shot. OH MY GOD! Really...these panties deserve their own thread.
