    Yup, it sure does. I didn't get the chest rings (I don't think. I believe it doesn't come with it, and I'm not going to look now while I have my pasta out!) I also got an RSL and purple hackey (not standard.) And, Sunshine, I'm not sure if I'm going to jump it this weekend, actually. I don't know if I want to jump my brand new stuff in Perris, and it'd be silly for me to get it packed right now without the Cypres in it just to pack it again in a few weeks with the Cypres in.
