    It was my third jump that i got my first stand up landing. Good luck man! As for fear... I dont get that really. I realize I have low jump numbers, but it was like, after that first AFF, I was pretty confident that I was going to be ok... then it was nothing but a nice relaxing view as I got up to altitude. But I can understand people who still get scared.     Sadly, the ARMY piss tests way too often for me to be able to participate. We just did a 100% personell check a couple weeks ago, and with this great holiday upon us, I have no doubt that they would do it again... So all who are celebrating... don't forget all those who wish they could be there with you!     I am normally a "good kid". And so are my friends back home. We rarely get in trouble while I am away. But once I get home, I dont know what it is, some ideas just seem more appealing than others and we usually end up in trouble. Is there such a thing as a "collective influence"?     I am US ARMY active duty. I jump outside of the military. Still working on the possibility to jump for the ARMY, but that would be something for down the road a little...     That is what I love about the Military Tax Advisors. They do my taxes for free and in all of about 5 minutes, and send them off for me. Its a great set up!     I just got out of AFF, but I was taught to start my approch at 1000', turn crosswind at 500', then turn into my final at 250'. If your final is 500' then your going to need a good strech of land to land on, especially on low to no wind days.     I am still a student, I dont have my A yet. Besides, I didnt plan on finishing today. I went out there just thinking the most I could get was a recurrency jump, and I ended up with the chance to finish. I couldnt pass that up. It really helped that I had all my tickets pre-paid for. All in all, it was a good day!     This is freakin AWESOME!!! I love it. Jump 7 was amazing! Diving exit, back loop, left & right 360's, tracking. Absolutely no contact with my instructor. I loved it! The only thing I wish could have been better was the winds. Completely opposite gound winds vs. winds aloft. Messed me up a little, but I still managed a good stand up landing! I am so stoked!     I went out today to start AFF back up. I was on jump four. I really got lucky because by the end of the day... I had my last 3 completed! I am now a solo! So anyone heading out to Skydive Space Center let me know, I'll see if I can join you!
