How much did you spend in 2004 on skydiving
jumperconway replied to reddevil1's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Okay, let's ask how much you made off of skydivers Damn, there is no way I want to know how much I spent. A new rig, and lots of airline tickets, three road trips, one being a month long........gee the list goes on and on. But at least we appreciated some of your trips! -
Your reserve is there for a reason and is packed by a rigger that I suspect that you trust! I have landed 2 stuck break lines and broke the same big toe on each, I cut away the next one! These were all with over 1000 jumps at the time!

12 of the 14 that jumped landed on the right golf course. 2 landed on the course next door where we opened! Dinner was awsome, best steak and lobster in town! Mom was with us in spirit!

That just aint right!

That's fucking goofy! Now I am a Sugarland resident and we jumped into "Sugarland CC" One of them copied part of the article from the Chronicle and the other swiped their article with the same mistakes! Thanks media!

Hope everyone had a chance to view the video of Mom's ash dive yesterday! Tonight all my family is getting together at Capitol Grill(best in Houston) steak and seafood for a reserved dinner party to honor my mothers(yesterday) and mine today. I think it's going to be a little emotional after the jump yesterday. Anyhow hope you enjoyed Mom's first jump video! No she doesn't owe beer!

I feel for the jumper but that's what I pay insurance for as should he! -
This from the PR guy that got the media involved; Thanks Steven Gray! Hi Mr. Hanson: Thank you very much for your efforts today in covering this human-interest event. We truly appreciate your time. Conway Hall informed me shortly after he and his group landed that you visited with them at the hangar in Rosharon and accompanied them on the plane. I understand that he was going to make some still images available to you from the in-air video upon his return to the Skydive Spaceland facility. Ch. 11 also expressed strong interest in the story as well, and we plan to make video available to them, perhaps to be aired in the next day or two. With media staff typically stretched thin during the holidays, everyone involved in today's event is especially grateful to you for your work on behalf of the Chronicle. Best regards and good luck in the coming New Year. Sincerely, Steve Gray
