Oh yeah aren't these a joy! I had one that lifted me up and dropped me like a sack of potatos.....I was not going to quit flying my canopy! It was a longer landing and off a bit, hit hard, but could have been a hell of a lot worse. Damn sneaky those little devils. It only takes a little pixie dust......

Oh Emily? Oh Ms.Post? Ms Manners? *sigh* I am not going to comment on the content of this thread. I'm quite simply just not smart enough. What I will say however, is that if you choose to disrespect someone in these forums, it only serves to make YOU look bad. Each person here, has the right to voice thier opinion, and thank God we live in a country that allows it. When folks start making personal attacks on others, no one hears anything that is being said. You don't have to agree with someone else's opinion, but at least show some respect for another member of this community. The end result just might be that you are treated in the same manner. Cheers! Wow! Where is Emily Post (Ms.Manners) when you need her? I would hope that people could express their opinions here without being personally attacked! If one feels the need to do so....please try using the PM, great tool for saving face and eating crow when warrented. Diverdriver provides a valuable service to all of us by sharing the information that he does. I doubt that he was "pointing a finger" but rather expressing his opinion,(which is his right as a member of this community) while also pointing out the FAA rule re: private pilots and jump planes. It would be a loss to all of us if Diverdriver decided NOT to post here because of incidences such as these. As to merit badges.....well let me list mine for ya'll cause I sure in the hell earned every damn one of them! Cheers!
