Jumping was one of the first things I did for MYSELF. And yeah, adrenaline may bring you to the sport and it may even play a part in keeping you in it, but if one is gonna stay long-term, there has to be more than JUST adrenaline. IMHO

bagel rolls (salmon + heavenly good cream cheese) had this great hand roll not too long ago that had toasted salmon skin, salmon roe, cream cheese, chervil, and green onion. "schwing"!!!!!!!!!!!

I like to think I am a purist and feast on nigiri. That said, I have been known to enjoy a spider roll or two (hundred) . spidey's here consist of tempura-ed soft sheel crab, avocado, and japanese mayo-NAISE. some of my faves include, but are not limited to.. fatty tuna (duh) salmon roe (WITH quail egg, of course) squid whitefish abalone and especially sea urchin...if it's good lobster sashimi....if and when you can find it eel, even though it is cooked octopus, cause bein greek I was eating it in the womb *primed for sushi tonight*

puliese bread, early harvest olive oil..and any kind of cheese. (except sliced american) kimchee and rice salsa (esp. Frontera's smoked habanero)and chips hummus and baba with pita chips I'm a food snob, what can I say?
