Also, if you hold [Option] and click on any link, it will download that link to your machine. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

MACS meaning a Mac made by Apple? I really don't know what I'm talking about.

While I don't have experience with those, I've had great experience with these guys. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Just got the email from Douggs. The site's gorgeous, I dig it.

I have seen heaven. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

It's been dipping into the 30s on the ground these past few days, but I blame the cold/rainy front. I want sun next weekend just as much as you! I really don't know what I'm talking about.

I guess the biggest question is what are the potential dangers? I really don't know what I'm talking about.

How is this not a sticky? Or a link at the top of the page? This is terrific! I really don't know what I'm talking about.

What if so-called "spacers" were integrated into a d-bag? The d-bag would always fit the container, the container would stay nice and hefty. There could be a thin d-bag... for the largest canopy the container could hold. There could also be a d-bag with a bunch of padding on the appropriate sides - integrated into the d-bag - making a 120 in the padded bag the same size as a 210 in the thin bag. My inexperienced and ignorant self can already think of many problems with a system such as this but it's just a random 2:00 AM on a Saturday night idea. I guess just break the "spacers" or "padding" idea down and use it in a different [more appropriate] way. I'm sure there's a way. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

If you're serious about BASE, you should buy a used unvented BASE canopy, install a sail slider and skydive with that. It would also help if you filled out your profile. That said, i'm not answering your question because I don't know the answer. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Heheh, yeah, networking a Mac and a PC has been that easy for more than a decade. And Apple was even the first manufacturer to make wireless networking available from the factory. Glad you're enjoying it. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

AAC, Stereo, 32.000 kHz H.264, 320 x 240, Millions All it needs is Quicktime 7. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

RAM will cost about twice as much from an Apple store as it would from a generic retailer [online if possible]. It is simply not worth buying RAM from Apple: they overcharge and it's the same stuff. A gig will probably run you $300+ from Apple. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Somebody fire up Photoshop. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Can you give a link? found it I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Bonehead BelMount. There are probably cheaper alternatives. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Canopy control is the biggie. Fly lightly loaded 7-cell canopies and learn everything you can about them. Many buy BASE canopies and the appropriately sized skydiving rig to use them [in the sky]. A sail slider would be in order. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

One should note that recent versions of iMovie [actually, iMovie 1 may fit the same boat...] are nondestructive as well. It just appears to the user that it is destructive. If you look in the "media" folder of your iMovie project folder [or, on later versions of iMovie, if you look inside the project file's package contents], you will always find the unaltered .dv files. It's a little bass ackwards, but remember, it's a consumer product for grandma to edit the footage of her grandkids washing the dog. FCE or FCP is where you need to be. And it's Mac, not MAC. Enjoy. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

But what does he know? He's only 15. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

Hopefully somebody'll put it up on SDM for the rest of us. I really don't know what I'm talking about. -
Precisely. While information is made available to retail employees that isn't made available to the public, Apple does not explicitly include details of new products in that information. That said, the information is available to those who know how to ask or where to look. But... that's still my signature on the NDA, so everybody - including myself - has to wait until the 28th to learn all the details. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

My mistake, i was editing while you posted that. I really don't know what I'm talking about.

The video on Airtec's site of the four-way going low is from the perspective of a camera person. To a viewer sitting at his computer watching it, the ground looks enormous. Apparently it didn't look the same in freefall [i.e. he was watching the subjects]... so I guess it can/has happen/happened. Luckily for everybody involved [as previously discussed] the 4-way tracked to cypres fire, quite possibly saving all five lives. If all 3 cypreses [only 3 had them] fired in formation into the face of the cameraman... well. Video I really don't know what I'm talking about.

This thread has pictures of velcroless cutaway loop stowage. I assume the S6 uses the same design. I really don't know what I'm talking about.
