There was reportedly enough evidence that this guy needed to be smoked but there were rules broken that's what disturbs me is what stops them next time when they kill someone on good intel but the evidence does not add up later, and our government kills an innocent person. I completely understand that. If the National Christmas Tree Association wants their members to pay .15 cents why don't they do it on their own, or not allow you to be a member of the assocition? Why did they have to get the government involved to make this a mandatory thing if you sell more than 500 trees per year? It would be like USPA saying for every jump you make you must give USPA .15 cents and all of us skydivers not doing it, then USPA goes to congress and they pass something that makes it mandatory.
