    Lunch doesn't concern me at all. However a thousand dollar lunch because the doctor has prescribed Prozac more than 500 times this month does concern me.

    Nice wiggle.... if the US had not invaded Iraq, there would be no need for insurgents to fight against them. With your reasoning with Hezbollah, the US is clearly to blame for all casualties in Iraq. Can't suck and blow at the same time. (weren't you the same person who argued, or at least agreed with the argument, that only the person who pulled the trigger is responsible for murder?)

    Good questions. I would assume there is some form of "normal" range. I would also assume this is not the first time this cyclist has been tested, so there might be documentation with regards to previous levels. First it is time to wait for the results of the tests on sample b.

    Well, you would have tried anyways.... Why, statements like that define terrorist behaviour in my book. It calls for blanket bombing without any regard for target or possible collateral damage. I see no difference between that thought process and the thought process that legitimizes an attack on the twin towers cause all Americans are bad.

    Yes, though an adult can also by incapacitated and therefore incapable of taking his/her own drugs. Severe psychosis IMHO can constitute such a case.

    Ohh I understand the thought process. But, I would have thought that in a country that raves about freedom, they would be in favour of letting market forces dictate these types of things. Surely there are more urgent matters in the US to address by your legislature? I am not 100% familiar with US HOA, but I am assuming that by-laws can be amended with majority votes?

    I think its quite funny that a large part of the crowd whose usual slogan is: "If you don't like it in the US, feel free to leave" support this Bill. Doesn't fly directly in teh face of that statement? People choose to live in a HOA controlled area. They are free to leave whenever they want. They know what the rules are prior to finalizing the purchase of the house. I can't believe so many people are in favour of a government and Bill that micro-manages to that degree...

    The only conclusion I can draw from that is that your degree must have come from an internet university. In my mind it also completely invalidates most if not all of your arguments in this thread....

    Looks like your tax dollars would have been better spent keeping her treated, maybe 5 little children would still be alive today....But, socialized health care is evil and it only were 5 children....
