    Exactl;y, so if the US snatches you from your house in a foreign country and flies you to US soil claims you are not a POW (so the Geneva Convention doesn't apply) it would naturally flow that US law would apply. Right. there is a differenc ein laws. But laws still exist and are followed. It wasn't as if on a side trip to Italy the Belgians arrested you, flew you to Belgium and declared that they all of a sudden came up with a whole different set of rules for female American exchange students.

    I would think that normally any person arrested with a 3.5 week supply of an illegal substance, that person would get charged for more than just simple possession.

    I went from a Cruiser to a sport tourer (kurrently a ninja 650R) on my way to a SS....nothing like the twisties and I want to start riding track as well. Personally I enjoy that more than putting around with loud pipes LOL You are right though, it is all a personal decision.

    This whole thing comes down to the chicken and egg question...who attacked who first? Cause both sides are contsantly claiming retaliation. So, since we have many here on the side of Israel and some on the side of palestine....who was the first to attack?

    yeah yeah, that is how it should work in theory. Same with the Geneva Convention....practice is sometimes slightly different from theory.

    Obviously the SCOTUS doesn't know what they are talking about.....The Supreme Leader does not make mistakes, nor does He do anything wrong....EVER...stupid edumacted idiots.... One of two things will happen: 1. Bush will say, hell I was going to close it anyways, 'cept for these couple of guys who we will just quickly convict. 2. Bush will claim that the Supreme Court does not hold jurisdiction and continue on anyways.

    Coming from you that is pretty funny. Personally, I would rather fear mongering is used to increase donations for a worthy cause like child abuse. I much prefer that over fear mongering so you can invade another country....

    I wonder how many people support this amendmend but are against a smoking ban becaus ethey feel government shouldn't dictate what a private business/person can or cannot do on private property?

    I say make them all wear an identifying mark and put those that are not conforming to the new reality into camps. Shower optional.
