They are all semantics games. testifying falsly can be difefernt from lieing under oath. See, he may now recall that he was alone with her in the oval office. That would mean his testimony might have been false, yet he still did not lie. he may not have recalled at the time of teh question. Yes, I know, semantics. But, still waiting to see where, in a perjury trial, you would get the evidence to prove he lied under oath?
-
How would you ever prove if that was a lie at that point? I know it is semantics, but everything in law is. Hard to base a perjury case on that. So far I am still waiting to see actual evidence he lied. We all know he played a semantics game, knowingly. But, where did he actually lie?

Snipers....so he can train the Americans

Actually a female orgasm does have a function beyond just pleasure.

Nor is Kerry, though there are two threads running about his comments. Funny. Any time anything about Bush is brought up, the standard reply is "Clinton got a blowjob".
-
I would liek to see some evidence on where he lied under oath, other than related to his comment about "sexual relations". If he lied about anything under oath, then I agree with you completely. Though it has been said many times, technically he did not lie about the "sexual relations" part.

Who knows, they have been sealed for a long time. If that is all there is, everybody already knows that, why keep the records sealed?

Not necessarily, there are about a half dozen virusses treatable by antibiotics. generally, antibiotics do nothing against a viral infections. There really are 21 antiviral drugs, the far mjority deal with Herpes, HIV and Hepatitis. Only 2 or 3 deal with influenza.

I don't think non-american history is very high on the curriculum in the US.

Both relate to criminal activity with regards to a president.

How about we do that right after Bush's criminal record is made public? Would only be fair don't you think?

How does "stuck on stupid" fit into that? Is that name calling or just pointing something out? -
They don't have to publicly declare anything. Just make you disappear without any rights whatsoever. Do try and keep up on your current legislation. While you do still have the right to own a gun, unfortunately you do not have habeus corpus anymore.

next time you get the chance, try feeling "na-na's" that have been enhanced with cohesive gel as opposed to saline or silicone. Much more natural feel and look....

There aren't. There is no way of knowing for sure that the person would not have died from the same disease if they hadn't smoked. There too statistical probabilities are used. -
My job is similar to being the mayor of a small town. Really it is General Manager of one of the larger shopping centres in Canada. With 21.5 million people walking through my building annually, I get to deal with pretty much everything...

it tends to be, but not because it is more nutricious. It tends to be better for you because it has less pesticides and chemicals in it.

Don't think there are too many death certificates that have smoking as the offcial cause of death either. Just like there aren't too many death certificates with "fell of a bridge" or "car accident". Generally the death certificates do not list what action lead to the death. -
I haven't had it don'e, but there is one thing I would have done if I ever have the money left over after all the important things are paid for.

That really is a serious question? If that really is a serious question, then you might as well be told that indeed it is true.

I didn't say profit for family. I said financial gains. Just look at defence contractors and companies like Haliburton. Their profits have been doing pretty well. In my opinion all the original "reasons" have been changed cause they were false to begin with (probably for various different reasons too). The only ones really profitting from this endeavour are companies who also have huge lobbying organizations working for them. Anyways, still didn't answer the original question. Which has cost more so far, the war on terror or the war on Iraq?

LMAO that's funny
