Racism is an everyday thing. An every day thing many people are intimately aware of. It isn't an every day thing that it boils over. And even worse when people get treated differently based on the colour of their skin. Getting pulled over for "driving while black" is not something imaginary.

Many people can get through life just fine without a picture ID. Why are you opposed to following the Constitution, which guarantees their right to vote? No one here is I have the right to carry a gun Why do I have to have an ID to exersize that right? Do you need ID to keep and bear arms? Or do you need ID to buy one? Last time I read that 2nd amendment I don't remember reading anything about a right to buy them without ID.

Including pictures of signs that read "hands up, don't shoot", directly taken from the Ferguson incident. I read those two incidents and think there is a huge racially charged issue in the US. Getting so tired of this argument. There are multiple sides. One: No dressing provocatively does not mean she had it coming. Two: when discussing how to try and prevent getting raped, that can certainly be part of the discussion. If I decide to take a leasurely stroll throug the worst part of a city, while counting $20 bills. I don't deserve to be robbed. But, if I am trying not to get robbed, it probably isn't the smartest thing to do. If a girl acts like she is horny and wants to fuck, she doesn't deserve to be raped. However, if she is trying to avoid getting raped, it is behaviour she should try and avoid as well. So, no she didn't deserve to be shot. However, doing a better job of protecting her firearm would have likely helped her.

The only time I can see a label being relevant to anything other than political grandstanding is whether bad guys are classified as a soldiers or as criminals. If they are a soldiers, deal with them militarily. If they are criminals, use police (or other non-military force) appropriate to the jurisdiction. agreed!
