I am well aware of the differences. and am certainly not confusing the two. The post Bill made makes specific reference to 4 year college degrees. The link Rush posted has a link to the source article which only references college degrees. Considering that source is American leads me to believe it includes all college degrees, including the 2 year college degrees specifically excluded in Bill's post. Hence, what Rush posted doesn't refute what Bill posted as he thought.

Rush, Bill's post specifically indicates 4 year college degrees. The link to the article you posted contained a link to the source article, which only speaks to college degrees, which in all likelihood includes 2 year degrees. So, no without further data, that article doesn't counter it. But, that would have required you to read and understand beyond 5 words....

She would have been allowed to pray with others who were willing to do so. She could not use time at a specific school function to lead other students to do so. I am sure that if prior to the event she wanted to gather a group in school to have some prayer time it would not have been a problem.
