ISIS claims bombing at Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England
SkyDekker replied to nolhtairt's topic in Speakers Corner
There are two separate issues: 1. getting the information. 2. deciding to publish the information. UK press has been known in the past to not publish information they had. It is very conceivable UK media had the same information, but decided not to publish. -
ISIS claims bombing at Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England
SkyDekker replied to nolhtairt's topic in Speakers Corner
I've seen nothing so far about the source of the Manchester leaks. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-40048565 And if I am a UK official, I would want to point somewhere else too, specially if the leak was in the UK. It would incense UK media if US media got to publish what they did not publish and the source of information was in the UK. -
ISIS claims bombing at Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England
SkyDekker replied to nolhtairt's topic in Speakers Corner
That's just happened. After the second release of information in a week, the UK Govt. has just confirmed that it will no longer be sharing security intel' in relation to the attack in Manchester with US security services because they can't be trusted not to simply release it to the press. The US security agencies were told not to release the bombers name and did anyway, were reprimanded for doing so and then did again anyway by releasing forensic photographs of the bomb remains. Enough's enough Just out of interest and I haven't read the articles, but do they make it clear that the information/leaks came through American intelligence agencies? Quite conceivable the leak is somewhere else. -
It will be a success unless he gives away the codes . . .
SkyDekker replied to billvon's topic in Speakers Corner
Not the codes, just the location of 2 nuclear subs. But thankfully it was before he went on his trip, so that is still a success!!!!!! https://www.buzzfeed.com/nancyyoussef/the-pentagon-is-facepalming-hard-over-trumps-disclosure-of?utm_term=.tml5pVPwZ#.vrz5PqKXB -

Give me a good reason not to. You wouldn't want to boldly go.... -
Yeah, that isn't the report. From the actual report: The actual report indicates that funds were used to build a social media platform. After the grants were finished, this platform was used by another organization V15, to try and influence the elections. The US did not send people to try and influence the elections. There is no evidence Obama instructed the State Department to do this. In the end your statement is wrong again. Like I told you last week, you seem unable to reach the accuracy of a stopped clock.

Hypermasculinity & the Conceptual Penis, a Study
SkyDekker replied to RonD1120's topic in Speakers Corner
I also heard something about bringing a horse to water and forcing it to drink...or something like that. At least we have that in Texas, don't know about Georgia mountains. -
lol. From the guy who always wants to wait for evidence. The senate sub-committee that looked into this could find no evidence to back up this claim. Dude. That was learned from a government report. Perfect, post the government report. What the sub-committee found is that there was no evidence the $350,000 that was given to the non-profit by the State Department was used in the campaign. The sub-committee did indicate that there had been a lack of safe-guards put in place to prevent those funds from being used in the campaign. If you have evidence to the contrary, please do post.

Section 3 of the 25th has only been used on a temporary basis and appears to only be meant for that. Would be interesting since he would be able to resume being president at any time during the original term.

Preferring my kids get a science education from an academic over a cleric is not an attack on religion. -
Richard Nixon was on his way to being impeached when he decided to resign over the Watergate cover up scandal. True, which is what I personally think Trump would do.
-
Just for clarity, with regards to presidents. Only 2 have been impeached: Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Both were acquitted by the Senate.

SkyDekker replied to RonD1120's topic in Speakers Corner
People make mistakes. Admitting them and learning from them is what matters. If they can do that, then indeed I hope those are the people who are educating my children. I would far prefer that over somebody teaching my kids an imaginary man in the sky made the earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th. -
I especially liked when he finally made it to Israel and proudly proclaimed he had come from the middle east. http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2017/05/22/trump_to_israelis_we_just_got_back_from_the_middle_east.html I thought rich people could afford better educations in the US?

In all fairness we would have to wait for Russian state media to post the pictures, they seem to be the only ones allowed in the Oval Office.

The judge in this case, Sam A. Lindsay, was appointed by Clinton. A stuck clock is correct twice a day. Yet you seem to be unable to get to that twice a day.... Opinions are like ass holes. Everyone has one! Wrong again https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperforate_anus

Officer charged with murder after shooting man in back
SkyDekker replied to airdvr's topic in Speakers Corner
Fact of the matter is, if you don't drink and/or entice men your chances of getting raped or sexually assaulted go way down. It does equate for me. Whatever the subject does or has done (assuming there is no immediate risk to others) there is no plausible reason to shoot somebody running away from you in the back. Even if he had warrants, or just fought with you, or resisted a tazer. I get that he wasn't helping himself. But there are generally very many girls who didn't help themselves either. Still doesn't make it right. The fact that people have to be careful to not run from police or they might get shot in the back (or have their necks broken in the back of a van) is rather insane in my book. -

Don't wear a short skirt, show cleavage and flirt and there is very little chance you get raped. -

I wouldn't call it disingenuous. Yes that was kind of the point.
