  1. Which is great if you have already decided that nothing criminal or untoward has happened. Generally people let an investigation finish prior to making those decisions. Though in same cases even after multiple investigations finding nothing wrong, people won't believe it. What boggles my mind is that Republicans wanted investigation after investigation, after investigation into Hillary Clinton. Even though they kept coming back empty. And, still are convinced she is a criminal. Then, with Trump, they don't even want to investigate. Because, in all their wisdom they have already decided he can't be guilty of anything. All while maintaining they are the ones who just want fairness, while impugning 35,000 FBI agents. Dangerous grounds.
  2. My understanding is that the requests to monitor an American citizen are significantly more stringent. And supposedly this memo is regarding the renewal of the FISA warrant on Carter Page a known Russian spy and Trump campaign member.
  3. That information has been out for a while. Author is a journalist with Clinton ties, so will be heavily discredited. It does supposedly have very similar allegations, including kompromat of a sexual nature. It was handed over when the FBI asked Steele for any information that could help them in their investigation.
  4. I personally think Nunes is implicated in this and is mostly fighting for himself.
  5. Wait till the airline sees my emotional support shark
  6. There are throwing anything to see what they can make stick. Desperation times for the left. The desperate left including the DOJ and the FBI, those socialist stalwarts. The doj and FBI stonewalled release of the requested documents tp the oversight committee for year. Only under the threat of legal action did they finally supplyi the docs. Now you think they don't want them released 4 reasons other than they're getting caught doing something wrong? If the GOP knew or heavily suspected the DOJ and FBI were using the FISA process for DNC political gain, why did they first vote to continue FISA prior to making an issue out of this memo? Do you really think the motive here is the FBI doing something wrong?

  8. I'm pretty sure Black American unemployment was close to 0% prior to the Civil War. Unemployment was non-existent in Germany in 1939. I just can't understand why Hitler isn't constantly applauded.
  9. It's The Onion. You may want to read up on what The Onion is before getting all outraged.....
  10. You are arguing that Republican appointees are stacking the upper echelon with Democrat loving, Republican hating career intelligence and law enforcement people. This somehow makes sense to you?
  11. Who are Obama Administration officials in the FBI? Other than the director, they are not appointed by a politician, but rather career FBI agents. You are having the wool pulled over your eyes. The only thing that is happening is that Trump et al are trying to discredit the FBI, likely because they don't like where the investigation in heading. Lastly, if the GOP is convinced the FBI is crooked and partisan, why did they just vote in favour of extending FISA?
  12. So the fix is orchestrated by the devil. speechless.
  13. Lol Part of the issue is the fix was in dude! Much like Hillary did with the primary! The fix? And who is behind this fix? Are they the same people who purposely planted bad intel on Iraq to make Bush look bad? And how did Democrats gain control of historically very Republican led institutions? The FBI certainly hasn't had too many, if any Democrat directors. How did the Republicans let this happen? Did they get outmanoeuvred?
  14. Wow, that easy? And they still couldn't get Clinton? Clinton must be significantly smarter than Flynn and Trump then.
  15. You agreed with Rush that my post was delusional. Now you are arguing the intent is difficult to prove and has to be specific. Clearly indicating that one can obstruct justice without completing the termination. Which is pretty much what I said. Again, please feel free to explain how that is delusional. Or I guess just indicate you don't understand what delusional means.
  16. In other words, they're consistent with their values. Wendy P. I think it is more of a myopic opinion. Several posters here salivate at the opportunity to call me a racist. I am not but that means nothing to them. They know who they are. Moore's wife also thought that telling the world her lawyer............is a jew, was proof she was wonderful.
  17. The intent to fire is enough for obstruction. Trying and not being succesful can often be a crime. Like trying to kill somebody. Since you said you have many more braincells than I do, I would suggest using a few of them and just do some reading. Wow I have not seen a post that delusional in years Yup, to agree with Rush, part of the deal is the actual action and proof of intent. Someone in office can spitball as much as they want and say they want this person out or say things that would be treasonous if they stood alone but part of the process is weighing options. It would be entirely impossible to prove that Trump's intent on firing Mueller was directly tied to obstruction. We talked about this with Comey. You would have to have a recording of Trump saying, "I want to impede the investigation by firing Mueller." Anything else is useless as proof. So what you are saying is that the intent to fire Mueller is obstruction of justice if that is coupled with the intent to impede the investigation. wow, so when I said: "The intent to fire is enough for obstruction" in response to "Holy shit man! Did Mueller get fired?", that is clearly delusional. You guys are funny.
  18. This argument holds water if the gun lobby was in favour of technological restrictions on firearms. They actually do the opposite and actively fight against even the availability of smart weapons.
  19. Like Ron says, they just want the legally white people to stay.
  20. I don’t think there is a sane person left who would think russia did not attempt to interfere.
  21. Hindsight is 2020 will be quite the campaign slogan.
  22. I don't recall your being upset about coal mining killing coal miners. (Note use of gerund - you should try it). And it should be noted that coal miner deaths doubled during Trump's first year in office.
  23. Holy crap that's some amazing progress you've just made. So we're clear, do you think that Trump has already committed process crimes trying to quash this investigation, or that he would lie under oath if Mueller was able to interview him? I've seen you been going to Bill School of Mister Twister. No that's not what I'm saying at all. There's many documented situations where people have gone in completely innocent and got caught up because their memory can't remember exactly what's happened 20 years ago or 5 years ago or 3 years ago and remember what they said. And then they nailed him on the differences of what they said. And it has nothing to do with what is being investigated. I wish you guys would grow up and at least talk about things honestly! Interesting comment from somebody who so often has said things like: We just want people to follow the law. Or, what is wrong with just following the law. Or some variation thereof.
  24. Yes, one of those supposed conflicts was a dispute over golf club dues at one of Trumps courses. Mueller had cancelled his membership and had inquired about a refund on his fees as per the policy. He never got that refund. That is what Trump was trying to use as a basis for conflict. But then you probably also believe in an FBI Secret Society.
  25. And Trump has done a great job bringing them back. I am sure you can point to some articles indicating that....
