Voted for the "something i did'nt think of..." Even though a femur is a bone, having a metal rod shoved INSIDE the bone, hurt like hell for months! Also ever tried pulling a nose hair out? Now THAT hurts a hell of lot! Some dream of flying, i live the dream...

Dude, how many jumps does the main have on it? Either the brake lines are too long, or the canopy is just tired. My sister had problems flaring her half breed (zp topskin, f111 bottm skin) Predator a few years back. She asked me to watch her landings, and on the jump i watched, she blew the tail out of the thing on deployment. I told her the landing on her reserve was great Edit to add: Sorry for going a bit off topic. Some dream of flying, i live the dream...

Ha ha, very funny I wanted to get a new chinstrap for my helmet, but the website now is a site for AFF in spain . Can't find the guy that made it. So either i get a strap from somewhere else (like 2K Composites), or just buy a FF2 like i wanted to anyway... Some dream of flying, i live the dream...

I landed out at a school on the cricket field. As i pick up my parachute this kid on the pavilion asked me "Are you a skydiver?"... The other one i get a lot: Whuffo: "What if your parachute don't work?" Me : "I use my reserve. It's a second parachute" Whuffo: "What if your reserve don't work?" Me : "Walk towards the light." If what you say is true (and im not saying it's not), then its a great shame. I think that outside camera looks a hell of a lot better than those handycams. Have both maybe, but not only handycams. You can't take stills with a handycam. Yes you can grab frames off the video, but like tonyhays says, the quality is crap, and a videot's interaction with the student also enhances the students experience. Hi all, This is more a question for all the Aussie tandem camera flyers out there. My wife to be wants to move back to Australia after our baby is born. And i just wanted to know if there is any work for a full time camera man in Australia filming tandems. I heard a lot of dzs are using handy cams in Australia and not outside camera anymore, is this true or nonsense? Can i earn a living in Australia doing camera work? (I know i will never become rich doing it.) We are planning to be somewhere near Sydney, or at least that side of the country. If that makes a difference. Thanks for the info. Good Luck! Took me 6 years to quit. (stop/start/stop/start) I read "Alan Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking". That and the desire to quit is what helped me stop.
