The news media is all wound up on drones because not much else is going on. The link below does a pretty good job of explaining it but I am sure that won't settle it for a lot of people. They are a mix of airplanes, hobby, commercial and law enforcement drones. You can see them because they have lights on like they are supposed to at night, that's why you can see them. It is winter and gets dark earlier.

With the current Presidential campaign and upcoming election, Ukraine has been put on the news back burner. Very little information coming out about what is happening over there. After the election, it will probably be the same with the post election news, analysis, complaining, speculation, etc.

Society is not willing or prepared to take the steps necessary to slow or reverse the effects of climate change/global warming. Even if they do, it will take a long time to slow it down or reverse it especially with world population increasing and the natural warming cycle. It is time to start building on higher ground. All coastal cities can't be like New Orleans with dikes and pumps. What were Native Americans thinking 12,000 years ago when the ice was melting.
