  1. STFU and quit making sense ok?
  2. Don't blame the youths, blame the NRA. That seems to have worked so well in every circumstance in the past right?
  3. Yes it is somebody's fault other than the guy who shot the unarmed men. happy now?
  4. Yes and I can point out that somehow we should all be expected to believe that after all those years, suddenly the police thought that RS was never going to occur again. Holy shit. If you see school buses every year for the last 40 years, during the school year, do you expect to see school buses during this school year?
  5. Dude do you really think that the US ARMY never told them nor ever published a schedule to be disseminated to the various authorities? These excersises have been going virtually non stop since the 1960's Nothing has really changed.
  6. Yeah because they can see underground or fly through tunnels. BTW a helo would have to be fast enough, and be in the area at the time. Most helos are not fast enough to do this. That is unless the cops have a UH-60 or similar, and even then they need to be right there.
  7. Yeah no shit, I would be broke after the second bbl change
  8. No they will follow the strategies laid out by the great MFO (Mork from Ork) They will all hide and act like nobody is home
  9. I wonder who gets upset over this one? Fun huh?
  10. Hey why is it that antigunners pick apart the second so it will say what they want, instead of reading it in it's entirety?
  11. What do you make of a cop on parked on the side of the road and 1 to 20 or so motorcycles go past at well over 150mph? If you are the cop Give chase? Ram them? Shoot them from a distance? Go back to what you are doing?
  12. Sounds like Al had better start cutting back on his weed growing efforts. Tipper must be a real stoner.
  13. Sitting down? hey that water is cold, shallow and can be contaminated. You want you labia in that water?
  14. glue hillary clintons picture to the inside of the bowl.
  15. Those are the donations gathered by members of the USPA for the "Toys for Twats" program
  16. Johnny do you often like to try and get a guy to make a statement against his chain of command? Not nice
  17. It also helps that we have weaponry to prevent invasion. Think a needle-dicked foreigner is gonna go house to house in the USA? You are mixing issues. The mere thought of urban warfare fought on US soil scared even the most hardened soviet generals. There had been many studies carried out by the soviets from the end of WWII until near the end of the cold war and the idea of doing an invasion only became more insane. I spoke with quite a few people about this, an army war historian, Intel Guys, spec ops types, and many others, they all concluded that even if you could force US troops to fire upon its own people the rate of loss would be excessivey high. There would be no alternative but to wipe out entire populaces.
  18. Is there a law against having a rilfe in a case? Is there a law against having a rilfe broken down in a backpack? Is there a law that says all people found with a weapon in a bag shall be shot? Damn so many of you think there was no wrong done. Why is the cops testimony so different than the living soldier and the civilians? All that I see here is that the attorney for the defendant was better.
  19. I was looking at the testimony. Seems that the law is written so that if the officer says something is laful it is. Like I said re-read the testimony.
  20. I am re reading this pdf file and it looks like the cop is even worse than I thought. WOW
  21. There are disputes over whether or not the military notified the locals. If there were no contact by the military at all before exercises started I would also blame the command structure. I think there is a good indication that this was a cop who was very aggressive, and may have pulled spray and weapon way too soon. He had been implicated in incidents involving excessive use of force multiple times.
  22. The deputy merely thought the occupants of the vehicle were suspicious looking. No lawful means for a stop. The SF guy tried to bribe him with "Pineland Currency". The officer had no idea that these men had rifles in a backpack, nor was there a legal reason to search. The deputy claims he saw machine guns, it is fact he only saw the weapons after the shooting according to a civilian witness.
  23. You have to read all the documents, it seems that there is a consensus that the deputy lied about the incident.
