    Superstitious?

    I used to think that 13 was my lucky number, but as I played sports with 13 on my jersey I didn't do well, the team didn't do well etc. Then one season I changed to 11 cuz 13 wasn't available. Since then 11 is my number and my luck has improved. As for the superstitions, yes, I get a pin check before boarding the plane and then again before the door opens. Also if my S/O is there we kiss before we jump. Thats my stuff. I also talk to my rig...she is a pretty girl...ha ha ha Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama

    Ok I will be the one to say it. I think that some of the MTV stuff is funny. I enjoy turning my brain off, leaving it in my room and walking downstairs to watch the occasional MTV show. Real World and 8th and Ocean (models being ridiculous) is on tonight and me and my roommates watch that every week. some of the stuff those kids say is pretty ridiculous. But I will agree that the fact that Fez now has an insult show is a sign of the decline of MTV. It seems like a terrible idea, but what ever turns them on. Also the gauntlet is pretty entertaining. I must say that if you are looking for something that is going to be fullfilling or enlightening you probably need to goto another channel. I HATE TRL... I think that I have thoroughly emarassed myself. Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama

    My S/O jumps, she is the reason that i jump, she got me started on it. When I started she had like 250 jumps but now its me who is totally addicted. It funny how that happens. When we first started dating I did a tandem and I remember someone asking her if I jumped, they said that its hard to date someone who does it if you don't. I can see that but I also think that if you care about each other enough then you will accept the differences. As for being too big for AFF I am 6'2 225 and did a tandem and did AFF.     Hambone reviewed admin's gear in Main Canopies

    I have had mine for about 50+ jumps and I love it. I had a few hard openings but put a domed slider on it and now they are perfect everytime. It's a blast to fly and lands perfectly, super forgiving if you wait a little late to start flareing.

    I have a feeling that this is headed to the SC, however i just wanted to say that i don't think that it is manufactured controvercy. Bonds as a player is a pleasure to watch he is everything we have ever wanted in a baseball player. As a person he fails miserably, but as a player he has no equal, before the steriod use he was an outstanding defensive player and was still a great hitter, the "roids" just pushed him to the next level. Steriods are the easy way out, but the price you pay is severe, for instance why do you think that bonds has not been able to play a whole season and an injury that they origionally thought he would come back from at the begining of last season he is still fighting. Its the price you pay. Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama
