I too drive Homie style but not the typical homie style, I sometimes use just the palm of my hand on the top of my wheel and my fingers touching the dash. I too will do the hand in the lap driving technique, I find it quite relaxing and effective in high way travel. How ever I like my seat closer to the dash in my SUV than I did in my HONDA, partly due to thefact that my Honda seat was stuck all the way back. When shorter people wanted to drive my car I had to get a CD case and pillow out of the trunk so they could do so... Any who I like my knee to rest against the side of the console, I feel like it gives me more support. Probably not the best or safest driving position, but hey I jump out of planes, what do you want. I used to date under 5'5'' as a rule I am 6'2'' but my current girlfriend is 5'7'' and its awesome. Easier to kiss hug, i don't have to ben down as far, by far a better choice, it doesn't hurt that she kicks ass either. Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama

What you say is true nodoubt. But I hate running and having to think about it makes me hate it more. So if I put on music that makes me think about something I enjoy, say skydiving, then I can think about skydiving while running and be a much happier camper. Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama

Without looking it up, I'm guessing that AlkaSeltzer is a mix of sodium bicarbonate and aspirin. I doubt the bicarb will do anything for the soreness, so if AlkaSeltzer had any effect, it was probably because it contains aspirin. Sounds like you are having some kind of abnormal muscle pain and should see a doctor. Is it all over aches or restricted to certain areas of your body? Walt Usually my legs it doesn't happen all that much, I think that is a combination of a lack of Potasium, and dehydration. It happens that i get a little dehydrated at the end of the day since i have been pushing my self pretty hard in the gym these days. But thats all going to end as I am rededicating myself to water. I love music, I love how it can take a situation and turn it into a much more powerful experience. Can inspire you. I am very easily moved by music. Also as far as storms I love storms they are amazing. Last night the wind started blowing in my neighborhood. I mean blowing, whistling windows trees bent over double, and the coolest part is there is a building that I can see the top of out of my bed room window, it has an enourmous american flag on it, and the flag was straight out. I starred out the window and enjoyed the sound of the wind for about 10 min. IT was awesome. Fear not, as far as the water proof ipod i think its a great idea, Its like wearing one while you run, I hate to run but if I am listening to music I don't think about the fact that I am running and thus am able to do it for longer. Walt, I am not talking about the sore that you get after lifting where you feel like everything is swollen (man am i going to get shit for that statment later) but more the whole aching when i am sitting in bed. Is there not something that i can eat. My old Lacrosse coach used to say Alkaseltzer. That seemed to work but i wanted to prevent it no fix it. Yeah...You need to grow up. -Skymama
