  1. >Invade Iran? Like that is a good idea. Be more like an Israelly air strike, possibly a US cruise missle strike as well. Probably will not involve boots on the ground. Also all this talk of possible armed conflict is designed to let Iran know that they better start talking in working toward a solution or there will be a nuclear reactor going up in smoke as well as several other targets of interest. To be certain Israel will not wait, and will attack at a moment of their choosing.
  2. >Thanks to their (secular humanist) approach to legislation, those two beers you enjoyed with your buddies after the sunset load could result in your being arrested at a roadblock on the way home from the DZ. Sure, you may not be convicted; perhaps the charges will be dropped. But you'll still be hassled, despite the fact that you pose no threat to anybody. My brother in law is an HPD Homicide Detective...Once made a comment to me, "You might beat the charge but your not beating the ride." Simply put if you find yourself going down town in the back of a squad car, your looking at 17-24 hours before you get out and several hundred dollars if your lucky.
  3. >He does'nt tell anyone how they should think, but he does tell everyone how he thinks and why. Thats what has made the the program so successful, everyone who has the opportunity to call in and if they have information that will inhance the topic of discussion will always have time to express their oppinion. The program is however very much conservitive because that is who Rush is a conservitive, thus the 600 plus radio stations that carry the show and the millions of listeners that listen on a daily bases. Not another program out there currently that beats it.
  4. Yea, I give him that, is that dry humor? Most people would think he is nothing more than an ass, but that child's shovel sure is funny. Cheers to ya, You should consider sending one of your tapes to KSEV 700 AM the Voice. Dan Patrick is the owner of the station but is currently running for a Texas Senate Seat in November. There is also KPRC 950 AM that you should consider as well.
  5. I know Kalland is reading your post, but has'nt come up with any good argument yet. Must be cruising the web looking for a article that I'm sure will enlighten us all.
  6. Now, finally a post worth reading and having a discussion. (Airman1270) That must be your AM freq.? Just want to toss in the ACLU, are they helping to protect or restrict our civil liberties. So far they have been really good at taking our tax dollars through multiple law suits in the pursuit of restricting our liberties, and not being very civil while doing it.
  7. Ah, the education continues here on KPRC at 11:00-2:00. Yes sir, been a listener for sometime, although I will say when Williams subs for him I not much of a listener. So the question I have is this is the listenership between 13-26 million?
  8. In the future it is prudent to beat the information out of him and then put a cap in his head and move on. That way we can continue our peaceful lives, and not have to hear from those wishing to give confort to those whom wish to kill us. Jose Padilla is intitled to nothing more than a quick trial and a firing squad.
  9. I have a plexyglass belly button, so I can at least see where im going.
  10. Not knowing who is viewing this list or why...I would like to go on record that my guns were taken...ah yea stollen..and I don't have or own any guns. Nor do I have thousands of rounds of ammo anymore. Yes sir, I'm fully dependent on my fellow man and the police man for my protection. But I do own a shovel and a map...hehehehe
  11. The truth can be a blinding light, thats if you have your eyes open. So lets move on and talk about the worthless dogs at the ACLU
  12. Kallend, Just making alittle joke with our friends, I think there still our friends from the north. They don't spend very much on their military and depend on the US mainly for their National Defence all though we and everyone else that has a sub runs freely under the Northern Ice Cap. Canada is in no position to defend or inforce their territory rights due to lack of funding. I will say however I've heard from some of my friends that serve in our military the Canadian Soldier is very well trained and a good asset to have in a fight. They just don't have the same support from their government that our men and women have from ours. (Yea I know, the old line that we don't have enough up armer, we did'nt get this until some suit in DC said give it to them....) spare me the details.. Your statement about being a bully im sure is in reference to the USA. I believe that reflects your feelings concerning our Nation and maybe our military. I don't think your son is a bully, but only serving his country in a nobel cause of freedom. A bully deserves to get their asses kicked, and SH has had his ass handed to him by young men and women willing to protect both our asses. So show some respect for your country and lets stand together hand and hand with a hot cup of CoCo and some marshmellows and count our blessings. I'll even invite some long time friends of yours, Gravitydude and Rushmc, who I'm beginning to believe is a Radio guy posing as a skydiver Rushmc i.e. Rush, I must ponder this.
  13. Start getting irked with the Defence Attorneys who are preparing to make a case using the NSA as an excuse to get their clients off. As I've mentioned the Left is not concerned with victory nor are they concerned with protecting our nation from attack. They are however obcessed with getting power back and using the NSA Domestic surveillance issue to weaken the Republicans in the Mid Term Elections. Nothing more than a bunch of cheese eating weasel rats. Thats why they cannot be trusted with protecting our Nation from our enemies i.e. selling and transfering missle technology to the Chinese as well as giving aide and confort to our enemies.
  14. We must have purchased that Carrier from the Canadians
  15. Ah... but let us not forget that the Liberal Media and many in the US Senate are vested in an American Defeat. I hope Santa was good to you this year, Mrs. Santa was very good to me Hehehehe
  16. Bill, Was that a little train going around at the base of the tree, if so nice touch. Cheers to ya
  17. >Were you actually around during Nixons time? I was just a young lad at the time, let me see I may have been 12-13 at the time. I do remember Carter, even had the oppertunity to ride in his motor cade to Hobby Airport. Was working as a press runner for Dem. Congressman Bob Gamage at the time. Ron Paul took him out though. Back in the days when I did'nt know or care much about politics, not that I know a damn thing about it now, other than my fine oppinion. Maybe the reason I found myself getting more involved with local Rep. politics a few years later.
  18. Are we still on the topic of men packing chocolate. Hey keep this behindclosed doors. Extend some special rights i.e. Marrage to those who wish to engage in this life style, not sure what their being denied that can't be resolved by a will, power of attorney, joint bank accounts and listing their partner or partners as Benificiaries on investments and such. Having two close friends that are gay, I've had my struggles excepting the life style, don't approve of it in the least but I also like my friends very much. So I find myself struggling with this from time to time. I'm still very firm on NO to Marriages, thats between a Man and Women only. But I'm still very firm concerning my friends that if any of the two needed help requiring my time or money I'd be there offering what im able to give. Just not able to give them my blessing if they every chose to ring wedding bells.
  19. Rushmc, Thought I throw alittle tid bit out there for everyone to chew on. A trader to our country by the name of Aldrich Ames comes to mind. The Clinton administration without a warrent or congressional approvel or knowledge kicked in the door of an American Citizen. They went sneaking around gathering intel and placing wire tapes without so much as telling one single judge. Jamie Gorelick in a statement before the House Committe said, "We relied on the inherent authority of the president to conduct warrantless searches." "The Department of Justice believes and the case law supports that the president has inherent authority to conduct warrantless physical searches for foreign intelligence purposes and that the president may, as he has done delegate this authority to the Attorney General." Clinton Deputy Attorney General Jamie S. Gorelick said in 1994 testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Looks like the Dems are once again chasing tail, Sen. Boxer, should not open her mouth, she comes across alittle smarter when she remains silent.
  20. Gravitydude, hehehe I think ye may be accussed of doing alittle photo shopping. Merry Christmas and be careful on that there motocikle.
  21. >Bush is spying on US people and that is bad. As if he is the first to ever do it. Well, we now know that is not even close to being the truth or being honest. Hell, Clinton has the door of an american kicked in and arrested... Rushmc, I just thought you might want to add that it was Clinton that had a little boy pulled from his home at gun point in the cover of darkness and forcable returned to a communist country. OK I'll amit its alittle off topic, but thanks for letting me get it off my chest. I'll let you get back to steering Amazon back to the Right...no ah...I mean Light.
  22. >My son, who's in Iraq (82nd Airborne) tells me that not one Iraqi has thrown flowers at him . So much for Republican promises! Lucky for him they are not throwing bombs and bullets. He is with a great group of guys, im sure they will watch out for one another, but if he must defend himself, two shot to the chest. Cheers to him and his mates. Hope they all come home.
  23. Evolution is preached from the mountain top as being a fact. I still remember it to be only a theory not proven and up for discussion. Many people believe it to be true, but to Know it to be true moves one from their belief to...ah enlightenment. Your a Catholic, but some Humanist I work with worship evolution as a fact. Believing in a theory takes alot of faith. Now some would say it takes an idiot to believe in a creator. (Who is Right? and Who is Wrong?), the problem as I see it is one side only is allowed to tell their side of the story. Where is the education in that?
  24. Damn man, you gave me flash backs. Several years ago was making a Deco stop at 10' for 10 minutes when I and two buddies had to deal with a 7 foot Bull Shark. One good punch got the bastard to leave us alone. The Bull is the Number one Man killer in the world, not to mention known for attacks in fresh water rivers.
  25. >Well, you added that "darwininan" which makes it not quite the same. All scientific evidence supports evolution, a theory initially laid down by Darwin. It is being refined all the time. Details change but the basics stay the same. And this coming from someone who rejects the supernatural and stresses an individual's dignity and worth and capacity for self-realization through reason. What religion would this be? for you preach it so well. Is this your Belief our do you know it to be true?
