  1. How about your natural color? I'm sure you were born with it for a reason. Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!

  4. I don't either but that is not the issue. Also, (1) and (2) do not apply as the canopies that you listed come under (C23d). The bottom line is that the strength of the harnesses during the certification process exceeded 8,000 lbs. and that exceeds the canopies. 11e does not say "the certificated strength of the harness". 6. This information is incorrect. TSO-C23b standard category (5,000 lbs.) is a minimum for that rating. The Vector certification drop tests that were conducted at Performance Design all exceeded 8,000 lbs and as such exceed every canopy that you have listed and therefore can be used in Vector containers. 9. Really? So if any part of the riser was pulled out of spec. this would not be useful information on knowing what it should be and what to look for? What about the part relating to looking for nicks in the rings, grommet and webbing? Also checking the sewing for loose threads? If you have any doubts ask your rigger to look at them. 11. Quality is not expensive.......it is priceless! Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!
  12. Look HERE And HERE, pages 65-75 I would also suggest that you look for the same in the owner's manual of your rig. Also ask your rigger to go over it with you. Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!
  13. Really? So what is the cost of a TSO for this? What has to be done and is it a minor or major change? What manufactures do you have direct knowledge of this? Are we talking about Jump Shack's "Lariat"? If you are, that is not a Skyhook. Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!
  14. They need to include free registration fees for the vendors based on size of space. Start with two fees included for a 20'X20' and one additional free registration for each additional 10'. That way it would be proportionally fair. As for the skydivers registration fee, it would help and increase attendance if there were two fees. One for the whole time and day passes for the rest. That way if someone can only come out for a couple of days it would be fairer and would probably attract more people to come. Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!
  15. Not only was it designed for that purpose but it has been a time proven design accepted and used by all of the top container manufactures. Also, it is the most common risers used by skydivers. That is true of all risers. Where we typically see failure in risers is the result of lack of inspection, damage or wear prior to the jump. In fact, the last failed set of riser that I saw last week (Type 8) were ten years old and had over 500 jumps and visually you could see that they needed to be replaced. If I were to make any reccomandation it would be to become an educated skydiver and learn how to inspect and proplerly maintain your gear. This will save far more people. 16. Why? Would you rather the harness fail? All risers require inspection, maintenance and replacement. Time and pressure will always show you who a person really is!

  20. Just remember you only get one chance to make a first impression! Taking her to Outback will tell her that you care about what is important to her. It is a neutral place that you know she likes so that is always a win win situation. This will allow you to find out more about each other while not worrying about if she likes it or not or if she is comfortable. Words of wisdom for Mango Mike! Party on and stay safe! .
